DLF The Dahlias sits on Golf Course Road in Sector 54, inside DLF Phase 5, wrapped around the DLF Golf & Country Club and directly alongside The Camellias. If you know this stretch of Gurugram, the address explains itself. This is the most established luxury corridor in the city, and The Dahlias is DLF placing its most ambitious residential project yet on some of the best land it still holds here.


Across roughly 16.49 acres, it is a deliberately low-density community of around 420 residences in 9 towers, at about 25 units per acre. That density is the whole point. It is what lets each home run to villa scale while the towers stay sparse and the ground stays open. The configurations are large-format 4 BHK and 5 BHK residences and penthouse duplexes. Super areas run from roughly 9,569 sq ft at the entry end to around 15,000 sq ft, with the headline penthouses larger still. The project is registered with HARERA under RERA-GRG-1690-2024. DLF awarded a single construction contract of about ₹2,089 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts for the build, covering civil, structural and finishing works over roughly 44 months.

The feature that genuinely separates The Dahlias from every other super luxury project in India is what sits ahead of the buildings. DLF has planned a roughly 40-acre Central Park-inspired landscaped expanse at the heart of the development, with a lake at its centre, cabanas, walking trails, and an open-air amphitheatre. The approach itself, the Golf Drive, runs as a tree-lined boulevard flanked by the Arnold Palmer and Gary Player golf courses before you reach the residences.


A UHNI buyer is not just buying a flat with a balcony view. He is buying into a private park, with the world class golf course and the lake and gardens, at a scale no other high-rise community in the country offers.


Two Orientations, Two Very Different Homes

The residences are planned to face two distinct panoramas, and which side you choose materially changes the home. One set of homes looks out over the DLF golf greens and the Aravallis. The other looks inward over the landscaped park and lake. Golf-facing and lake-facing units carry different light, different privacy, and different pricing, and at this ticket size that choice is the single most important decision a buyer makes before floor and stack.
