The quantity of recycle water required in flushing, horticulture be treated up to tertiary level and the balance waste shall be discharged into municipal drainage system after the treatment. The total capacity of sewage treatment plant will be as per consultant around 690 kld. Hence sewage treatment plant shall be installed in various modules as per the growth of population. In this system, the entire civil work will be done at present, but the electro mechanical equipment will be installed for only will be installed as per population growth.

Drain

Yes, stormwater will be collected in the R.W.H. (Rain Water Harvesting) having 6 pits, 1 pit of 21 cum. for groundwater recharge, and after percolation, the overflow water will be discharged into the municipal storm- water drainage system. (As per drawings by the consultant)

Parks

Yes, Park designs with plants, water body and shrubs will be developed in accordance with the landscape consultants specifications and recommendations. Along with electrical pole of height 3 to 6 meters placed as per consultant.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Yes, The building shall be supplied power by the State Electricity Board (NPCL). Since the source is unstable due to frequent brown out/ black out, it is proposed that DG power backup shall be provided to all the common services / Commercial Development / 4BHK and back up will be provided to 3BHK apartments with as per divercity factor. Some critical load such as emergency lighting, headed equipment of ELV system etc., shall be additionally backed up using UPS (Battery backup) system. Transformer capacity of 1600 kva.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

The Treatment scheme is aerobic biological aeration treatment using the fluidized media process. The process is named as Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR). Excess aerobic biological sludge generated will be thickened in the aerobic digester cum thickener tank. STP capicity of 690 kld. The treatment scheme proposed is split into three distinct parts 1. Pre-treatment, which comprises of screening, oil and grease trap. 2. Biological treatment comprising of fluidized media aeration followed by clarification. 3. Tertiary treatment comprising of dual media pressure filtration, activated carbon filtration and disinfection system etc.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Yes, solid waste will be managed by installing an organic waste converter and though segregation of waste at the household level. 400 kg of waste per day will be recycled.

Water Conservation System

Yes, Water Conservation will be provided using low flow fixtures / flow restrictors etc. RWH of 6 nos.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Solar power system is a renewable energy system, converting the sunlight into electricity by using photovoltaic cells. The light is coverted into electricity by the use of photovoltaic effect. Solar panel shall be installed at the roof of building. Shadow free area shall be provided for the installation for the system at roof top. The solar cells shall face South direction to ensure direct exposure to sun rays. Solar capicity of 55 kwh (solar pv) Solar Plant shall comprise of the following. 1. The solar module to convert sunlight into DC electricity. 2. Using Grid Interactive Inverter (UNIT) to convert DC to AC and directly coupled with Grid Bus in Panel. 3. Further, load shall directly be connected to main bus of the panel.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

As per sanctioned drawing by Fire Department, all provisions with fire pumps, sprinkler, yard hydrant, and automatic alarm systems required for a high-rise building shall be provided. External hydrant are 25 nos. and internal hydrant are 300 nos.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Toilets for disabled and visitors will be provided on the ground floor of every tower. Sports facilities will be provided as per the landscape plan.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Refuge terraces are required for buildings above 60 m in height. Accordingly, refuge terraces have been provided in every block, along with a dedicated fire- tender path around each tower.
