The plot has (44440.510) Sqm. of the area that will be demarcated as per the sanction and survey drawing.
A Boundary wall of (approx 1024 m running length) RCC/brick with plaster and railing will be prepared.

As per the approved building plan and fire approvals, fire staircases are being provided. All fire exit passages shall be kept clear all the time and proper audits as well as fire drills will be done in the society.
As per approved building plans. Any and all the works will be done to make the project very comfortable, and of good quality for all the residents. The water bodies will be made in the complex to make it look more beautiful as well as a place to feel calm and relaxed.
