Demarcation of Plots

The Plot area will be demarcated as per the sanction, survey, and Lease plan.

Boundary Wall

The Boundary wall will be done in RCC/Brick with plaster and railings will be provided.

Road Work

All sections of roads will be finished by Trimix/pavers/cobbles and will be done as per the slope of the project.

Footpaths

All footpaths will be designed according to the sanction and the By-laws and will be finished properly.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

YEIDA will provide a water supply for the complete master plan. The water will be pumped from the UGT to all the units as per the requirements and the Norms.

Sewer System
