Water supply shall be provided by GNIDA. The water is treated through an adequately sized Water Treatment Plant (WTP), designed to meet the daily water demand
Sewarage and Sullage are treated through a Multi- Stage Process in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). The treatment process include screening and grit removal, primary settling of solids , biological breakdown of organic matter, disinfection and advance filtration treatment. Sludge is separated and disposed of or reused as per applicable norms. The final treated water (Effluent) is reused for flushing water, horticulture and excess water will be discharged as per design and statutory requirements. MBBR technology is adopted as the most appropriate treatment process.
The overflow from the rainwater harvesting pits shall be discharged into the GNIDA Storm Water Drainage System. Three (03) Rainwater harvesting pits are proposed within the project premises for effective groundwater reharge.
Green Area is being provided as per GNIDA Approved MLP for REP 1
Evergreen tree planting as per GNIDA Approved MLP for REP 1
The Electrical Load has been calculated as per the prevailing applicable norms. Energy-Efficient and LED Street Lighting is proposed for internal roads, pathways and common areas to minimize energy consumption. Adequate electrical infrastructure is provided to ensure reliable power supply and operational efficiency. Load management, proper distribution and energy-efficient system is proposed reduce overall energy demand and improve sustainability.
Part of Overall Site.
Sewage and Sullage are treated through a Multi-Stage Process in the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) equipped with an advance filtration system. Sullage will be separated and suitably reused or disposed of while the final treated water shall be reused for toilet flushing, gardening, etc. A separate kitchen waste line is proposed, which is connected to the grease trap to remove oil and grease prior treatment.
Solid waste shall be segregated at source into biodegradable, recyclable, and inert categories as per applicable norms. Biodegradable waste shall be treated on-site through the Organic Waste Converter (OWC) Plant. Recyclable waste shall be sent to authorize recyclers while inert and residual waste shall be disposed of at authorized processing and disposal facilities.
Efficient techniques and technologies are adopted to manage water resources effectively with the objective of reducing wastage. Rainwater harvesting system is implemented and water consumption is minimized using Low-Flow Plumbing Fixtures.
The Energy distribution system is optimized to minimize losses and reduce overall energy consumption through the use of low-energy-efficient lighting fixtures and other energy-saving measures. Renewable Energy systems such as solar panels are installed. Additionally, heat-efficient glazing is provided to reduce heat gain and improve overall energy efficiency of the building.
A comprehensive fire safety system comprising a combination of strategies, equipment, and protocols are implemented to prevent, detect, control and suppress fire, ensuring the safety of occupants and protection of property. The fire safety system include both active and passive fire protection measures. Active fire protection systems comprise of fire alarm and detection systems, automatic sprinkler systems and portable fire extinguishers. Passive fire protection measures includes the use of fire-resistant materials, fire barriers and compartmentation to contain and limit the spread of fire. All fire safety installations are designed and installed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the National Building Code (NBC) to ensure effective fire prevention, early detection and efficient firefighting arrangements.
Physical facilities and services that support public well being such as handicapped toilet, public toilet, drinking water facilities etc,. The total no. of toilets are given as per statutory requirements.
To move people from high risk location to safe areas like fire refugee balconies, fire escape stair cases have been provided as per NBC norms.
