Site is located at KH- 113 M,MIRJAPUR PARGANA DANKAUR,GAUTAM BUDDH NAGAR, Demarcation of plot 66.26,30.4,30.4,65.58 metres ,site is located around 290 m from GYC Exit point on yamuna expressway having a distance of around 20Km from jewar international airport and around 12 km from yamuna river,also mostly commercial and resedential projects are being developed near by with argricultural lands are being seen in the area.Topography of the land is mainly flat land
6m high Boundary wall is provided all around the four coners of the site with rcc block work structurally design with plint beam and columns at every 5metres so as to bear the load of the side movement and structurally self sustaining, with a width of 200mm with foudation plitn beams and beam on the top,lights are provided on the boundary wall top.
5m wide road connection to the basement ramps and with the entry exits is provided in front of the building to provide ease of acess,Road works is done with the hardpaving material or concrete with proper sub base road is properly connected to the main entry and exit ramps from the basement as well as it is being designed with tactile breaks and barrier free design of easy acess to the blind and handicapped persons.
1.5 m wide Footpath is provided for Pedesterian wherever required on the side of road in entry exit locations.as this location will have a high load of foot movement special attention is given to footpaths with lighting and paving materials also,barrier free design is provided for the movement of handicapped with connection of ramps and tactile details are also added to the pedesterian footpaths for movement of blind and handicap,sustainable material is being proposed on the footpath.
The project being a mixed use development ,the water requirement is for commercial office space and domestic which Total water requiremnet is around 37500 Litres per day which will be stored in undergrond domestic tanks provided on the site and filled with boring and municipal water connection provided on the site, Drinking water supply is provided afte filterization of water through domestic water supply on the site which is centrally with Toilet in office and shops spaces, and In studio with Borewell on site currently and future connectio if provided by any municipal supply.
80 percent of the total water capacity is converted into sewage which is being considered as 30KLD STP is provided which is connected to the sewer system provided on site so that site can became zero discharge to the municipal line treated water is than re utilized for flushing cleaning and Landscaping.which is connected with the different tanks provided on site. A proper system form the toilets with a re use supply line is connected to each toilets for use of the flusing water again and creating less discharge and waste water
Proper drainage system with sewage system line and surface water line with rain water harvesting system is provided on site with manhole chambers and perfoorated collection chamber for rain water harvseting which is connected rainwater harvesting system are provided on the site for the conservation of water on site and recahrge of the ground water the drainage line of the sewage system is connected to STP through which water is then treated and re utilized.
Incorporating parks or open space into commercial and mixed use development is Open area is provided as it is a mixed use building no parks are provided on site only open areas are provided for recreation purposes
Trees and Plantation on a commercial and mixed use site can significantly enhance the enviornment offering both practical and aesthetics benefits,Integrating greenery into a commercial area improves air quality,reduces urban heat and improves overall air quality of the surroundung and make it pleasent,Native trees that are well adapted are planted on site so they can bear the climatic conditions of the area,As currently there is no existing trees on site we are trying to plant Evergreen trees other flowering plant on the site to make it more enjoyable and pleasant for visitors.
Led solar based street lighting is used in the proect with sensor to operate in evening time to conserve ennergy ,also renewable enrgy is used in the project as solar cells are installed at the roof of the project which is directly connected to the grid to conserve the energy use in the project,Electric supply design are done considering effectiove energy saving techniques with all day and night backup for the users.
No community buildings are provided on the site as it is a mixed use development with commercial offices and suites,so there are no community building on site except from that recreation spaces are provided.
30 KLD STP is povided on site for treatment of the sewage water which is around 80 percent of the required per day capacity of 37500 Litres of water for various purposes,the treated water is then reused for flusing,landscaping,cleaning and other purposes so as to create a zero discharge and water conservation strategy,sewage is convrted to bio which is then used in landscaping area for trees etc
Solid waste generated will be will be segregated at its point of generation in the different color bins on the basis of its biodegradibility at a single disposable point,the collection and disposal of the solid waste from the project is done in such a way that it will be scientifically dispose no causing any eysore or adverse effect to the surroundings.
Rain water harvesting system with proper rainwater hharvestin pit are provided on site, water savings fixture are provided in the building treated water from Stp is to e used for flushing,gardening and landscaping purpose in the building,to conserve water and waste as less water as possible.
Less energy consuming fixtures are provided with led bulbs and VRF system for centralized hvac system,also rooftop solar system is to be installed as to generate renewable energy for the site,cool shading devices and double glaze windows solar reflective coating are provided to reduce energy demand in the building,
Fire protection system are provided as per National building code and provisional fire noc has been taken from the department,underground water tank of 2 lac litre will be provided for supplying water to fire hydrant service line all around the site which is being used by fire tender dure fire emergency situation,fire yard hydrant are provided on site with setbacks for fire tender also each floor has fire extinguishers placed at required distance and fire hose reel and fire staircase with complete ventilation.Balcony are provided in room for refuge area.5M wide entry exits are provided for easy acess of the fire tender into the site.

Holistic Emergency services are provided on the site to cater the need of any Emergency evacuation situation proper managemnet system with evacuation plan will be pinned on each floor showing the exit routes to the users also the fire exit door are properly demarcated with red color and fire staircases are provided with full ventialted from both the sides as per fire norms and also with fire hose reel and fire extinguishers also fire alarm system are provided on the site and detectors are also placed on the site for detecting any hazardous situation.
Sewage treatment plant of of 30KLD is proposed on the site for the treatment of the grey water which can be reused in toilets and washrooms,sump is being proposed in the basement for the removal of acess rainwater which connected to draing line.
