The Plot No.01B, Sector-140A has been demarcated by NOIDA Development Authority.
A Boundary wall of RCC/Brick Work of thickness 115mm/230mm/150mm and ht of 900/1500/1800mm with plaster and railing will be prepared, it will be as per design.
Access driveway to all the towers will be provided and that drive way of pavers M 30 Grade with thickness of 65mm and 100mm kerb stone on sides if required. At entry of tower there will be pattern as per landscape design.
Footpath will be provided using 40-50mm paver wherever required.
NOIDA Authority shall supply water for the entire project and it shall be collected in under ground water tanks of 178KLX1, 184KLX1, 184KLX1 nos. raw water and 178KLX1,167KLX1 nos. domestic water tanks and water with 656mm dia pipes to overhead tanks at respective tower.
STP of 700 KLD will be constructed using RCC and required pump room, STP treated water will be used in flushing, cooling towers and gardening.
Storm water drainage system will be constructed using 400mm dia pipes as per drawing.

STP will be installed as per drawings. All sewerage will be treated waste water shall be used for landscaping green, cooling towers and flushing system.
STP is proposed at site for the required capacity and treated water shall be used for flushing and irrigation as per latest green building practices.
Rain water harvesting system with separate rain water storage tanks is being provided to conserve rain water and duel flush, low flow fixture and drip/sprinklers in green areas will also be provided.
Solar system shall be provided as per requirement.
In compliance to national building codes of India 2016 part IV requirement, fire protection and safety system to be provided shall be consist of a. Under ground fire tank-930m3. b. Each tower having 20m3 fire overhead water tank. c. main electric fire hydrant and sprinkler pumps provided of 2850 LPM each. d. Jockey pump for hydrant and sprinkler of 180LPM each. e. Diesel Engine fire pump of 2850 LPM. f. Water Curtain pump of 4500mm. g. All Sprinkler system provided in compliance to IS Codes and project fire safety requirements aligned to NBC 2016 part IV.
