Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

North East side - 24m wide road, South West side - Stellar One Phase II, South East side - Stellar One Phase 1, North West side - 60m wide road, Temporary barricading between each phase boundary. Plot area of Stellar One Phase III is 11200..518 sq. m. and is part of the Total Plot Area 64,803 sq. m. at GH - 09, Sector-1, Greater Noida (West) U.P. allotted by Greater Noida Authority. The Demarcation of total plot area and Stellar One Phase III plot is attached with layout plan.

Boundary Wall

2100 mm high boundary wall with a combination of RCC (1000 mm) and MS grill (1100 MM). Temporary barricading between each phase boundary.

Road Work

All internal road work in concrete paver blocks/VDF.

Footpaths

Footpath/Pathway provided as per landscape details.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

GNIDA Water supply shall be collected in the underground tank of adequate capacity for whole project site already built in Stellar One Phase 1 as per NBCC 2016. Overhead domestic tank for each tower shall be filled with pumps to give supply to the units /flats. Watter treatment plant is provided.

Sewer System

PVC pipe of adequate size with manhole, chambers shall be provided. The sewer lines shall be laid in desired slopes as per available invert level.

Drain

PVC pipe /R.C.C. Saucer drain with manhole, chambers with rain water harvesting shall be provided. The number of catch basin shall be provided as per design requirement based on run off.

Parks

Landscape with civil work with masonry and stone, horticulture work and various types of plantation, shrubs shall be provided. Native plants shall be planted.

Tree Planting

A variety of trees as per authority and Green Building norms.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Pole light will be provided. Design for electric supply has been uploaded.

Community Buildings

Community building will be a common facility for all phase of Stellar One projects as per approved building plan.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

800 KLD S.T.P. shall be provided. It will be provided with collection tank. The treated water shall be used for irrigation and flushing purpose.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Organic waste converter and garbage collection/segregation area is already provided as per authority norms for complete project in Stellar One phase 1.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting pits are to provided as per norms of EIA / Authority.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Mix of LED lights shall be used to conserve the energy.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

As per approved fire drawing smoke detector fire alarm system etc. shall be installed. Fire tender path shall be constructed as per fire norms. Fire fighting system with fire pumps of adequate capacity and water storage tanks shall be provided.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

As per approved fire drawing smoke detector fire alarm systems etc. shall be installed. Fire tender path shall be constructed as per fire norms. Fire fighting system with fire pumps of adequate capacity and water storage tanks shall be provided.

Emergency Evacuation Services

As per approved layout. Staircases shall be provided in basement /towards to exit in case of emergency / fire and natural calamity.
