Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

This project envisages setting up a Group Housing in a land area of 20,000sqm.Comprising 692 units as per submission with Noida Authority.

Boundary Wall

1800mm high Boundary wall has been considered along the plot line.

Community building, Library, Gymnasium and other amenities proposed to be provided.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

STP with capacity of 300 KLD proposed in the project

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Solid waste management & disposal system is already provided in DPR.

Water Conservation System

Recycled/treated water from STP will be used for flushing system and Landscaping/Irrigation requirements.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Highly energy efficient LED lighting system proposed in external development, street lighting, all common areas in tower and in parking location will be provided.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

All fire protection system has been complied with part-4 of NBC of India and as per BIS-3844 will be maintained in all common areas, staircases and in basements.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Parking arrangement, entrance area,common toilet/visitor toilet has been arranged for differently able person. Beside several social infrastructures has been considered for senior citizen.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Emergency evacuation in case of fire or natural disaster has been considered in this project.

Other Miscellaneous Work

Amenities have been provided in this project considering health & hygiene in the complex; viz swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court.
