Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The Plot will be demarcated as per the sanction and survey drawing. A detailed survey of all the coordinates will be done and the and the exact dimensions will be marked at the site. The demarcation will be as per the lease deed of the project.

Boundary Wall

1.5m high boundary wall along front road with Elegant Design integrated with security rails as per design constructed in RCC/Brickwork.

Road Work

Access road to all towers will be provided as per design. They will be designed to take up the live load as per NBC. The Road will be a mix of concrete pavers and stone so that the desired design is achieved . The roads will take care of all vehicular traffic and will provide access to each and every tower.

Footpaths

Network of Footpaths connects the various part of the Landscape, Towers and Gardens as per landscape design. These footpaths will be made from stone, concrete or tiles.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Noida authority shall supply water to entire society and that shall further be supplied to dwelling units after filteration from centralised plant. The water will be first supplied to underground storages tanks and then pumped to overhead tanks for uninterrupted water supply .

Sewer System

All the sewer will be transferred thru the network of pipes through the shafts and will flow to the STP. Centralised STP is proposed to treat sewage and recycled water will be recirculated for horticulture and flushing.

Drain

Rain water drains as per design and requirements. The drains will collect the surface runoff as well as the water from the terraces and the collected rainwater will run thru a proper network of channels . These Channels will lead to the rain water harvesting pits provided. The overflow of the rainwater pits also be connected to each other as well.

Parks

Beautiful parks as per design will be made will be made for residence to enjoy and relax. Various features as flower beds, gardens, trees, light bollards, sit out areas will be provided in the parks. Various playing facility for toddlers and kids and relaxing area for elders will be provided.

Tree Planting

Number of trees as per approved building plan and design. The trees will be a mix of shady, ornamental. flowing, evergreen, and seasonal trees. They will provide necessary greenery shade.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Individual units will get their electricity supply directly from discom and all infrastructure like LT panels and sub distribution network will be provided by developer. This may subject to change as per prevailing bylaws of discom.

Community Buildings

Club will be made as per approved building plan with all modern facilities. Multipurpose hall, Games room, Gymnasium, changing rooms etc. will be provided.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

STP will be provided as per design to treat the sewage . The STP will be based on SBR/MBBR technology and will be able to treat all the sewage generated. The treated will be used for flushing of the toilets and for the landscaping irrigation works. Additional treated water, if the will be used for the irrigation of the green belt .

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Collection, storage and disposal as per NBC and UPPCB. The solid waste will be collected from door to door and will be segregated at the sources itself . it will be mandatory for the residents to fully segregated their solid waste before handing it over to the collection team. Separate blue and green dustbins will be provided at the common areas for disposal of SW. The recyclable waste will be given to authorised recyclers and proper documentation will be done for the same.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting system will be provided as per design and dual flushing system will also be provided. Water conservation practices will be followed throughout the project with residents being advised to practice minimum water wastage and adopt all water conservation practices.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Usage of LED lights will be done for common area of the project. The use of common lighting will be optimised by using automatic timer system . Also other systems of energy optimisation will be used such as all common area lighting including the street lights, facade lights, corridor lights and all lights in landscape areas will be LED lights.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire protection system as per the approvals and norms. Use of fire sprinkler system, smoke detectors and fire alarm system as per NBC. Fire staircases, fire escape routes fire drill for the residents fire related awareness programmes. Fire safety being the utmost important matter during construction and after the handover the project.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Social gathering places in the club and park are being designed. Amphitheater, parks area tot lots and other gathering places in the landscaped area. Club or community building will have maximum social and recreational places.

Emergency Evacuation Services

As per approved building plan and fire approvals, fire staircase as per the norms and approvals. Proper fire exit marking will be provided at all and strategic locations to guide the exit during emergency.

Other Miscellaneous Work

Beautification of the whole complex and the work to make the project into a state to the art residential project. All the works will be done as per approved building plans and norms. Project is planned in Spanish architecture theme and the project will be stand out as a landmark project.
