Sludge will be separated and disposed of or reused, while the Final treated water (effluent) will be reused in Horticulture and AC system or Discharged. The MBBR Technology will be most appropriate to be used.
Overflow of rain water harvesting pit to storm water drain of GNIDA is being proposed. Peak hourly discharge has bee taken 45 mm/hr. Six number of rain water harvesting pit is also proposed to be installed to recharge the Ground Water.
Green area is being provided as per GNIDA Norms. The Green area required is 541 sq. meter as total site area is 3600 sq. meter.. However the proposed Green Area is 563 sq. meter approx.
Evergreen tree planted as per GNIDA norms. 21 nos. trees are required as per the development authority norms. Keeping the commitment of Green Noida, 25 nos. of Evergreen Trees are proposed for better and developed green area. The details of trees are mentioned in the attached Landscape Plan.
Electrical load calculated as per requirement and prevailing norms. Street lighting with energy saving LED street lights are proposed. Total electrical is 1430 KVA with 0.90 Power Factor. The proposed Transformer capacity is 2000 KVA with 0.85 loading one number DG set of 1 multiply by 1010 and 1 multiply by 750 KVA is also proposed with 0.8 Loading Factor.

Combination of strategies, equipment and protocols designed to prevent, detect, control and suppress fires,. Ensuring the safety of people and property. It consists fire safety system-active and passive components. Active components such as fire alarms, sprinklers an extinguishers, while passive system like fire resistant materials and fire barriers, contain and limit fire spread. All installations will as per NBC norms to prevent fire incidences, effective fire detection and fire fighting systems.
Physical facilities and services that support public well being such as handicap toilet, public toilet, drinking water facilities etc. The total nos. of toilets are given as per statutory requirement,
To move people from a high risk location to safe areas like fire refuge, balconies, fire escape staircase have been provided as per NBC norms.
