SEWERAGE AND SULLAGE WILL BE TREATED IN MULTISTAGE PROCESS AT STP OF 75 KLD CAPACITY . THE PROCESS INCLUDES SCREENIG AND GRIT REMOVAL, PRIMARLY SETTLING OF THE SOLIDS, BILOGICAL BREAKDOWN OF ORGANIC MATTERS AND DISINFECTION ALONG WITH ADVANCED FILTERATION TREATMENT. SLUDGE WILL BE SEPERATED AND DISPOSSED OFF OR REUSED, WHILE THE FINAL TREATED WATER ( EFFULENT) WILL BE REUSED IN HORTICULTURE AND AC SYSTEM OR DISCHARGE. THE MBBR TECHNOLOGY WILL BE MOST APPROPRIASTE TO BE USED.
OVERFLOW OF RAIN WATER HARVESTING PIT TO STROM WATER DRAIN OF GNIDA IS BEING PROPOSED. PEAK HOURLY DISCHARGE HAS BEEN TAKEN 108.87 NU METER. ONE NUMBER OF RAIN WATER HARVESTING PIT IS ALSO PROPOSED TO BE INSTALLED TO RECHARGE THE GROUND WATER.
GREEN AREA IS BEING PROVIDED AS PER GNIDA NORMS . THE GREEN AREA REQUIRED AS TOTAL SITE AREA IS 2313.47 SQ. MTRS. HOWEVER THE PROPOSED GREEN AREA IS 358.676 SQ. MTRS APPROX.
EVERGREEN TREE PLANTING AS PER GNIDA NORMS . 14 NOS TREES ARE REQUIRED AS PER THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY NORMS. KEEPING THE COMMITMENT OF GREEN NOIDA, 16 NOS OF EVERGREEN TREES ARE PROPOSED FOR BETTER AND DEVELOPED GREEN AREA. THE DETAILS OF TREES ARE MENTIONED IN THE ATTACHED LANDSCAPE PLAN.
ELECTRICAL LOAD CALCULATED AS PER REQUIREMENT AND PREVASILING NORMS. STREET LIGHTENING WITH ENERGY SAVING LED STREET LIGHTS ARE PROPOSED . TOTAL ELECTRICAL IS 1310 KVA WITH 0.90 POWER FACTOR. THE PROPOSED TRANSFORMER CAPACITY IS 1600 KVA WITH 0.85 LOADING . ONE DG SET OF 2 INTO 1010 AND ONE INTO 250 KVA IS ALSO PROPOSED 0.8 LOADING FACTOR.

SEPERATING WASTE INTO DIFFERENT CATEGORIES AT THE SIURCE TO FACILITATE REUSE, RECYCLING AS PER NORMS. THE REUSED WASTE WILL BE SENT FOR PROCESSING OR DISPOSAL SITES .
TECHNIQUES AND TECHNOLOGIES TO MANAGE THE WATER RESOURCES EFFICIENTLY, AIMING TO REDUCE WASTE RAIN WATER HARVESTING, REDUCTION IN WASTAGE OF WATER BY USING LOW FLOW FIXTURES .
OPTIMIZE ENERGY DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM TO REDUCE WASTAGE AND OVERALL ENERGY USAGE BY INSTALLING LOW ENERGY CONSUMING LIGHT FIXTURE ETC. INSTALL SOLAR PANELLS AND INSTALL HEAT EFFICIENT GLASS TO REDUCE HEAT .
COMBINATION OF STRATEGIES , EQUIPMENT AND PROTOCOLS DESIGNATED TO PREVENT , DETECT, CONTROL AND SUPRESS FIRE, ENSURING THE SAFETY OF PEOPLE AND PROPERTY. IT CONSISTS FIRE SAFETY SYSTEM- ACTIVE AND PASSIVE COMPONENTS. ACTIVE COMPONENTS SUCH AS FIRE ALARM, SPRINKLERS AND EXTENGUISHERS , WHILE PASSIVE SYSTEM LIKE FIRE RESISTANT MATERIAL, FIRE BARRIERS, CONTAIN AND LIMIT FIRE SPREAD. ALL INSTALLATION WILL AS PER NBC NORMS TO PREVENT THE FIRE INCIDENCE, EFFECTIVE FIRE DETECTION AND FIRE FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM.
PHYSICAL FACLITIES AND SERVICES THAT SUPPORT PUBLIC WELL BEING SUCH AS HANDICAPPED TOILET, PUBLIC TOILET, DRINKING WATER FACILITIES ETC. THE TOTAL NO. OF TOILETS ARE GIVEN AS PER STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS.
