The Plot No. C-03 Eco tech 12 Greater Noida 201318 had been demarcated by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.
A boundary wall of RCC/ Brickwork of thickness 115/150/230 mm and ht of 900/1500/1800 mm with plaster and railing will be prepared. it will be as per design.
Access driveway to all the entrances will be provided and driveway of Pavers M30 grade with thickness of 65 mm and 100 mm kerb stone on sides shall be provided if required. There shall be patterns , whenever required , as per landscape design.
Footpath will be provided using 40-50 mm thk paver wherever required.
GNOIDA Authority shall supply water for the entire project and it shall be collected in underground water tanks of 125 KL x 2 nos, Raw water tank and 125 KL x 2 nos. Domestic Water tanks and water with 50/65 mm dia pipes to overhead tank at respective locations.
STP of 250 KLD will be constructed using RCC and required pump room . STP treater water will be used in flushing .
Strom water drainage will be constructed using 300/400 mm dia pipes as per drawings.
Landscape with civil work masonry with 115/230 mm and stone, pavers grass and various types of plantation shrubs.
Tree plantation will be as per sanctioned plan in which 50 percent tress will be evergreen trees.
Incoming HT electrical supply will be provided by UPPCL / NPCL via 1 nos. 2000 kVA and 2 nos. 1600 kVA Power Transformers , Substation , LT Panel and DG Sets of 01 Nos. x 200 kVA and 02 Nos. x 1500 kVA and 01 nos. x 500 kVA are planned as per norms. Street lighting will be done using LT supply and power back up as per requirement.

STP will be installed as per dwg . All sewerage will be treated and waste water will be used for landscaping green , cooling towers and flushing system.
Organic Waste Composter shall be installed and STP is proposed at site for the required capacity.
Rain water harvesting system with separate rain water storage tanks is being provided to conserve rain water and dual flush , low flow fixtures shall be installed. Drip / sprinkler system in green areas will also be provided.
Solar system shall be provided as requirement.
In Compliance to National Building Code of India 2016 Part IV requirement, fire protection and safety system provided which consists of Underground Fire Tank -724 cubic metres. Fire Overhead Water Tank - 20 kl Main Electric Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler Pumps provided of 2850 LPM each 2 nos. Jockey pumps of 180 LPM each. 2 nos. Diesel Engine Fire pumps of 2850 LPM. Water Curtain Pump of 2700 LPM All Project sprinkler system provided in compliance to IS codes and project fire safety requirements aligned to NBC 2016 Part IV.
Public toilets and driver toilets.
Emergency Evacuation System ( stairways, exit ways, etc. ) planned in compliances to National Buildings Code of India 2016 Part-IV . Refuge areas also provided in compliance to NBC 2016.
State of the art Security System , Access Control system and CCTV system provided for security and controlled access in the building.
