The Plot no. SLC-4 KB Central, Sector- Chi Phi Extn Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh Area 15448.50 Sq. Mtrs. had been demarcated by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.
A boundary wall of RCC/Brickwork of thickness 115/150/230 mm and ht of 900/1500/1800 mm with plaster and railing will be prepared. it will be as per design.
Access driveway to all the entrances will be provided and driveway of Pavers M30 grade with thickness of 65 mm and 100 mm kerb stone on sides shall be provided if required. There shall be patterns, whenever required, as per Landscape design.
Footpath will be provided using 40-50 mm thk paver wherever required.
GNIDA Authority shall supply water for the entire project and it shall be collected in underground water tanks of 65 KL x 2 nos, Raw water tanks and 75 KL x 1 nos and 55 KL x1 nos. Domestic Water tanks and water with 50/65 mm dia pipes to overhead tank at respective locations.
STP of 250 KLD will be constructed using RCC and required pump room. STP treater water will be used in flushing.
Storm water drainage will be constructed using 300/400 mm dia pipes as per drawings.
Landscape with civil work masonry with 115/230 mm and stone, pavers grass and various types of plantation shrubs.
Tree plantation will be as per sanctioned plan in which 50 percent tress will be evergreen trees.
Incoming HT electrical supply will be provided by State Electricity Board via 2 nos. 1600 kVA Power Transformers, Substation, LT Panel and DG Sets of 03 Nos. x 1250 kVA are planned as per norms. Street lighting will be done using LT supply and power back up as per requirement.

STP will be installed as per dwg. All sewerage will be treated and waste water will be used for landscaping green, cooling towers and flushing system.
Organic waste composter shall be installed and STP is proposed at site for the required capacity.

In Compliance to National Building Code of India 2016 Part IV requirement, fire protection and safety system provided which consists of Underground Fire Tank1- 165kl. Underground Fire Tank2-165kl. Fire Overhead Water Tank-20kl. Main Electric Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler Pumps provided of 2850 LPM each. 2 nos. Jockey pumps of 180 LPM each. 1 nos. Diesel Engine Fire pumps of 2850 LPM. Water Curtain Pump of 1620 LPM. All Project sprinkler system provided in compliance to IS codes and project fire safety requirements.
Public toilets and driver toilets.
Emergency Evacuation System ( stairways, exit ways, etc.) planned in compliances to National Buildings Code of India 2016 Part- IV . Refuge areas also provided in compliance to NBC 2016.
State of the art Security System, Access Control system and CCTV system provider for security and controlled access in the building.
