Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

The shall be managed as per hazardous waste (Management handing and trans boundary movement) Rules 2008 as amended and disposed – off through authorized recycler.

Water Conservation System

All STP output water shall be used either for plantation or flush re-use, further rain water harvesting completed for tower A to C as per CGWB guidelines, auto cut system enabled motors shall be used for refilling overhead tanks.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Every flat shall have separate energy meter so that every occupant may manage energy efficiently, use of LED lights in common area, use of solar energy for common area lights, use of solar geyser in project.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Proper provision of movement of fire fighting vehicles around all towers, fire protection system in each flat completed in 8 towers and basements (covering tower A to C) except installation of fire alarm and sprinkler, completion of fire fighting pump room is under progress.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

All work are under progress, shall be completed after completion of park work.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Provision of second staircase in every tower, completed in 9 towers out of 11 towers.

Other Miscellaneous Work

All other miscellaneous work is under progress, and shall be completed before possession.
