Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

"The Drainage System for the over all Jaypee Greens (which includes Sun Court B)has been laid and functional. The Drainage Water is being Collected in Lakes of Golf Courses for the purpose of rain water harvesting. Tower Drainage shall be connected to project level drainage system."

Parks

Parks / landscaped areas has been developed and completed as per Approved Landscape plan for the Tower as well as for the entire development.

Tree Planting

The Tree Planting has been completed as per Approved Landscape Layout for the Tower as well as for the entire development.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Receiving Sub Station and External Electrical System with Street Lighting is completed and operational. Electric Sub Station for Sun Court B shall be provided in Basement for which Power supply shall be provided from Receiving Sub Station.

Community Buildings

Community buildings for the over all Jaypee Greens (which includes Sun Court B) has been completed. Swimming pool , Steam and sauna, Theater for privet screening, indoor games room and convenio shop etc for the Tower are under progress.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

The Sewage for Jaypee Greens ( which include Sun Court B) is being treated at Sewerage Treatment Plant. The Sullage is being Converted into Compost. The Sullage Water after necessary treatment is being Supplied for Irrigation of Landscaped greens.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

"The Solid Waste collected from door to door apartments will be Transferred to Segregation Centres. The Segregated waste is being transported through facility management maintenance company to the identified sites of Noida Authority for necessary disposal."

Water Conservation System

Treated Water from Sewerage Treatment Plant is being used for irrigation.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Automated (Timer based) system for LED street lighting and irrigation works has being provided.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire Station with all the infrastructure facilities and staff has been provided. Towers and basements are being provided with all the provisions of Fire Protection & Safety System as laid down in respective fire approval from the fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Convenient Shopping facilities, Integrated sports complex, School, Club facilities etc. have already been provided.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Fire Escape Staircases are provided in Tower and Basements as per Norms laid down in respective fire approval of the fire Department.

Other Miscellaneous Work

Receiving Sub Station, Electric Sub station with DG Power Backup, Fire Station, Telephone Exchange, FTTH System are completed and operational. Parks & Playgrounds are completed and are in use. Completion for all the services have been obtained from Statutory Authorities.
