"This Project is part of Wish Town Township. The over all boundary wall of Town Township has been constructed except few Passages (1) Kalypso Court : Towers KT-5 to KT-10 Due to cluster planning boundary wall has been constructed in front and side only as other towers of this development are interlinked. (2) Kalypso Court : Towers KT-11 & KT-12 Due to cluster planning boundary wall has been constructed in front and side only as other towers of this development are interlinked. "

"The drainage system has been laid and completed at Township Level. The drainage water is being collected in lakes of Golf Courses. The tapping points for individual towers are available and the same shall be connected before completion of Project. "

Parks

"Parks / Play fields are planned at Township Level and are not applicable at tower levels. "

Tree Planting

"Tree planting as per approved landscape plan at township level is complete. The tree planting at tower levels for Kalypso Court is complete. "

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

"The electric supply from Grid Sub Station as planned for Wish Town is complete. The tapping points for towers are available and the same are being connected as and when required before completion of project. "

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

"The sewage will be treated at Sewerage Treatment Plant. The sullage will be converted into compost. The sullage water after necessary treatment will be supplied for flushing, irrigation and landscaping. "

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

"The solid waste collected from door to door apartments will be transferred to segregation centres planned / constructed at Sewerage Treatment Plant at Township level. The segregated waste is being transported through facility management maintenance company to the identified sites of Noida Authority for necessary disposal."

Water Conservation System

Treated water from Sewerage Treatment Plant is being used for irrigation and flushing.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

The Fire Station with all the infrastructure facilities and staff has been provided at Township level. Towers and basements are being provided with all the provisions of Fire Protection & Safety System as laid down in respective fire approval from the fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

At township level, 500 hundred Bed Super Speciality Hospital, Jaypee Institute of Information & Technology, Jaypee Public School, Temples, Convenient Shopping facilities, Club facilities etc. have already been provided

Emergency Evacuation Services

Fire Escape Staircases are provided in tower and basements as per Norms laid down in respective fire approval of the fire department.

Other Miscellaneous Work

At Township Level Sewerage Treatment Plant & Service Centres, Electric Sub station with DG Power Backup, Fire Station, Parks & Playgrounds have been provided.
