Subject to Project residential Plot area is 8935 sq.m located at sector K.P. 5 Greater Noida Plot no.19 at sector -K.P.5 area situated in GNIDA district, Gautam Budh Nagar. Proper demarcation of plots will be done , with all fixed four point showing road , plot area and other services also.
The Plot is enclosed on three sides with a 6 ft high RCC and brick wall . Brick Masonry wall have been construction with isolated footing , columns and plinth beam along with plaster on both sides and grill on the top.
Complete Black top (Bituminous) Road will be constructed all along the defined location in the approved in the approved drawings with standard specification.
Footpaths are 150mm above road level, finished with interlocking tiles and curb stones for structural strength and safe Pedestrain use. Footpaths will be constructed all along the road / Green area as designed with specific Pavers / Stone on top.
Total domestic water requirement for this project is 170 KLD and flushing water requirement is 135 KLD. Drinking water will be sourced theough a borewell and stored in underground and overhead tanks to ensure Water Supply will be given to all individuals through underground water tank with proper Filterization plant.
RCC/HDPE pipes will be used for the sewage system , designed as per approved drawings and relevant standards Proper Sewer system will be constructed embedded with sewer treatment plant.
Storm water drains using RCC/HDPE pipes will be laid as per approved design to prevent waterclogging and ensure proper discharge.
Park area includes hard and soft landscaping with lawns, walkways, plantations, and electrical lighting for Complete Greenery will be developed as per approved landscaping drawings.
Various tree species have been planted across the site based on soil and climatic conditions to improve All Trees/Shrubs / Hedging will be planted as required in approved drawings.
For this project, Electrical load is 8000KVA for which 5 nos x 1600 kva transformers are proposed alongwith 2 nos x kva + 1 nos x 750 diesel generator for emergency supply. HT supply from UPPCL ; sub-station installed as per approved plan . LT Supply to each unit with DG backup , street lighting via LT/Power Backup. Electrical supply will be given to all individuals at single point from developed substation as per norms. Proper street lighting will be done as per requirement and approved drawings.

We will develop the STP in the first Phase itself , so the all the phase of the project can be develop smoothly. Disposal system of sewage sullage water is being use through a STP will be your for land scape and flushing purpose.
Waste will be manually collected and segregated at source. Disposal will be as per the Municipal and Solid Waste Management system will be installed in a separate dedicated space to full fill all the required criteria. For this project proposed STP is 270 KLD.
Rainwater harvesting system will be installed to collect and recharge groundwater in line with environmental Low flow water mixture being used for water conservation and STP water will be use for land scape and flushing purpose.
High Quality equipment will be used in the sub-station to reduce energy loss. Solar Power system will be installed as per approved drawings. As specific Y_ value glass has been use for energy management and roof insulation light colour tiles will be use for renewal energy solar photo boltaic energy have been use for comman area.
Fire Fighting system with hydrants, sprinklers, and alarms will be installed will be installed . Fire escape stairs proved as per the NOC and approved plans. Fire system and fire safety system will be installed in the building as per NBC norms.
Public health and other Social infrastructure facilities are not applicable as per GDA norms and Project classification. Social Infrastructure and other public amenities including public health services as per approved plan.
Fire escape staircases and refuge area will be provided as per NBC norms to ensure safe evacution during Emergencies. As per the disaster management and approved plan.
Miscellaneous work will be carried out as needed during development, following all relevant standards and approved plans. Not Applicable.
