Subject project are of the project is 13607 sqmt, which is located at Plot no -19, at sector -KP VI, Gr. Noida. Proper demarcation of plots will be done , with all fixed four point showing road , plot area and other services also.
The plot is enclosed on the three side with 6 ft high RCC and brick wall. Brick Masonry wall have been construction with isolated footing , columns and plinth beam along with plaster on both sides and grill on the top.
Complete Black top (Bituminous) Road will be Constructed all along the defined location in the approved drawings with Standard specification.
Footpath are 150 mm above road level, finished with interlocking tiles and curb stone for structural strength and safe pendestrain use. Footpaths will be constructed all along the road / Green area as designed with specific Pavers/ Stone on top.
Total domestic water requirement for the project is 77 KLD and flushing water requirement is 98 KLD. Drinking water will be sourced through a borewell and stored in underground and overhead tanks to ensure water supply will be given all unites. Water supply will be given to all individuals through underground water tank with proper Filterization plant.
RCC/HDPE pipe will be used for sewer system, designed as per approved drawing and relevant stander. Proper Sewer system will be constructed embedded with sewer treatment plant.
Strom water drain used RCC/HDPE pipes will be laid as per approved drawing. Strom Water Drain will be constructed as per the approved drawings and gradients.
Park area includes hard and soft landscaping with lawns, walkways, plantations and electricals lights for complete greenway, and also Complete Greenery will be developed as per approved landscaping drawings.
Various tree species have been planted across the site based on soil and climate conditions . All Trees / Shrubs / Hedging will be planted as required in approved drawings.
For block 2, Electrical load is 1500 KVA which is 2 Nos x 1600 kva transformer are proposed along with 4 nos x KVA deisel genertor system. HT supply from UPPCL; Sub-station installed as per provision and approved plan. LT supply to each unit with DG backup. Street lighting via LT/power backup. Electrical supply will be given to all individuals at single point from developed substation as per norms. Proper street lighting will be done as per requirement and approved drawings.

We will develop the STP in the first phase itself. So that all the phase of the project can be develop smoothly. Disposal system of sewage sullage water is being use through a STP will be your for land scape and flushing purpose. for this project total capacity is 160 KLD.
Waste will be manually collected and segregated at source. Disposal will be as per municipal provision. Solid Waste Management system will be installed in a separate dedicated space to full fill all the required criteria.
Rainwater harvesting system will be installed to collected and recharge the groundwater. Low flow water mixture being used for water conservation and STP water will be use for land scape and flushing purpose.
As specific Y _ value glass has been use for energy management and roof insulation light colour tiles will be use for renewal energy solar photo boltaic energy have been use for comman area.
Fire fighting system with hydrants, sprinklers and alarms will be installed. Fire escape stair provide as per approvals. Fire system and fire safety system will be installed in the building as per NBC Norms.
Social Infrastructure and other public amenities including public health services as per approved plan.
