Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The project land will be demarcated by its boundary wall to the exact shape, size and orientation as per sanctioned map by Noida Development Authority.

Boundary Wall

Lenth 247.14Mtr. and 1.80 Mtr. High boundary wall of RCC Frame , brick and plaster will be constructed with deep foundations The wall will be plaster and painted/ stone cladding as per aesthetics.

Road Work

6.0 M wide road and 227.42m length of the roadas per approved plan by Greater Noida Authority, The road shall be constructed in M-20 grade RCC will be laid in thickness of +150mm on top of compacted PCC and compacted base metal and using colored pavers as per design for aesthetic look.

Footpaths

170 M long footpath M-30 Grade paver blocks/ interlocking pavers will be laid in the walking areas. The pavers shall be 3"-4" thickness and shall be laid on compacted sand bed. The paver block/ interlocking pavers shall be used in colored patters.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Portable water supply through the concerned Government Authority will be delivered to the water tank. Further piping of Sch 80 and CPVC is being used.

Sewer System

The sewage shall be collected through a soil pipe arrangement , u bends and inspection chambers leading to the STP of the project.

Drain

The roof top water shall be brought to the ground floor level with the 150mm-200mm rain UPVC water down take pipes which along with the surface run off water shall be transported to the rain water harvesting pits through under ground 300mm-450mm RCC huge pipes.

Parks

Not applicable.

Tree Planting

The tree will be planted at all suitable location of the project amd along the boundary wall as per the development plan.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

4 NOC of Transformer with 2500KVA capacity of each Electrical layout and capacity will be installed to suffice the commercial use of the project as per load sanction will be taken from the NPCL approval.

Centralized MBBR STP WITH 770 KLD Capacity to treat the sewage System of Building
