Demarcation of Plots

Designated plots is demarcated as per lease plan issued by the Authority.

Specific U-Value glass will be used for energy management system and for roof isolation, light colour tiles will be used and for renewable energy solar photovoltaic energy will be used for common area.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire protection and fire alarm system shall be installed as per the NBC norms.
