Plot No-11, Sector Techzone -4, Greater Noida, demarcation by Greater Noida Authority. Phase 1 is shown as per site plan.
Boundary wall shall be secured by natural wall of out facing shops & other barrier.
Road work will be done using R.C.C/ interlocking tiles as per plans.

Sewarge Treatment Plant will be installed / constructed as per approved drawings. All sewarage will be treated and treated water will be available for gardening and flushing and residual of sewarage treatment plant will be drained in government sewer system.
Solid waste will be collected manually and disposal will be done as per norms.
Water conservation will be done by rain water harvesting system and sewerage treatment plant.
Good Quality and approved brand equipments will be used in sub-station to minimise energy loss and solar energy system will be installed as per norms and approved drawings.
Fire Fighting System including hydrant,sprinkler system, and fire alarms will be installed as per drawings. Fire escape staircase will be constructed as per drawings. Refuge area will be made as per norms.
Shopping Complex, Food court, Multiplex Cinema Hall, are available in Phase-1
Fire staircase & refuge area will provided as per requirment for evacuation in case of any emergency.
Proper security system including security guards, CCTV camera and controlled access will be made available.
