The Developer is in the process of developing a township known as Godrej Golf Links (“Township”) comprising of a golf course & club, villas, other developments along with other amenities, facilities, services etc. as per Master Plan approved by GNIDA in a phased manner. The developer has registered 3 villa cluster ( crest, evoke and Presidential villas) and one unit cluster (The suites) with UPRERA and similarly remaining villas and unit clusters will be registered with UPRERA in due course. The present registration is for one of the unit cluster known as Park Avenue. The Developer is also developing Master club, golf course, sports arena and other amenities in the Township as mandated under Master plan. The Master club, golf course, sports arena does not form part of any cluster/phase but will be used by all allottees of the Township upon payment of membership fee and the membership will be open to general public as well.
