Sludge generated from STP within complex during operation phase and this sludge will be passed through filter press where it will be dewatered/ dried to form a cake and then will be used as manure in green areas
40 KLD water requirement will be fulfilled by treated water. 2 number of rain water harvesting pits are provided at site
energy efficient motors and pumps; Solar fed CFL/LED street lighting; automatically operated DG sets to optimize energy usage; transformer having efficiencies as per ECBC norms; guidelines to individual flat owners on energy efficient gadgets and energy saving programmes
