Plot No.21, Knowledge Park-3 Greater Noida demarcation has been done. Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) is shown as per Site Plan.
The Site will be secured with Boundary wall on all side and proper entry - exits will be maintained.
Road Work will be done using R.C.C. / interlocking tiles as per the sanctioned plan.
Footpaths will be constructed using interlocking / paver blocks as per the sanctioned plan.
Drinking water will be provided by government supply and stored in underground / overheads tanks. STP treated water will be used for gardening and flushing as per plan.
A Proper sewerage system will be constructed using R.C.C. / UPVC pipes as per drawings. Treated water will be reused , and residual waste will be disposed of through the government sewer system.
Drainage system will be constructed using R.C.C. / UPVC pipes as per approved drawings.
No Parks are planned in the Project.
Sufficient number of trees as per the sanctioned layout will be planted in the project.
HT electrical supply will be provided by NPCL / competent authority. A substation will be setup in the project, LT supply will be made available to each unit, and street lighting will use LT supply or power backup.
No Community Building are proposed in the Project.
A Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) will be installed / constructed . Treated water will be reused, and the remaining sludge will be disposed of via the government sewer system.
Solid waste will be collected manually and disposed of as per prescribed norms.
Water conservation will be achieved through rainwater harvesting and the STP system.
Approved energy-efficient equipment will be used in the substation . Solar energy systems will be installed as per approved norms and drawings.
A Fire fighting system including hydrants , sprinklers, alarms and fire escape staircase will be installed. Refuge areas will be provided as per norms.
Shopping complex and food court are available with in the Project.
Fire staircases and designated refuge areas will be available for emergency evacuation.
A comprehensive security system with guards, CCTV cameras, and controlled access will be implemented.
