Demarcation of Plots

The Project land will be demarcation by its boundary wall to the exact shape, size and orientation as per sanction map by Noida Development Authority as approved building plan.

Boundary Wall

A 2.4 high boundary wall of brick and plaster will be construction with deep foundation to be earthquake resistant. the wall will be plastered and painted as per easthics.

Road Work

6.0 M wide trimix finish road of M 30 Grade concrete for carrying fire tender load with saucer drain for rain water collection, with 3 mtr. offset from building line laid with grass cells/ pavers to carry fire tender load.

Footpaths

An M-15 grade of paver will be thick 3-4 inch. the colour patters will be lasting and visible at all hours.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Installing water treatment plant for the domestic supply and STP FOR recycling the water. Further piping of Sch 80 and CPVC is being used. Treated STP water will be recycled for flushing and garden irrigation.

Sewer System

A Sewage will be collected through a soil pipe arrangement , U-Bend and inspection chamber leading to the septic tank of the project. and installation of STP capacity 160 X 2 KLD OF SBR technology connected through UPVC,PP, and SN 8 piping system.

Drain

A surface drain with specs of 150 mm CC Sub base over compacted earth topper with 20 mm of cement mortar to the size of 150X 75 laid in sloppe of 1 to 300 leading to G.T.
