Demarcation of Plots
The project land will be demarcated by its boundary wall to the exact shape, size and orientation as per sanctioned map by Noida Development Authority.
Boundary Wall
1.50 Mtr. High boundary wall in combination of RCC Frame, brick, plaster and MS Railing will be constructed with deep foundations The wall will be plaster and painted/ stone cladding as per aesthetics.
Road Work
6.0 M wide road as per approved plan by Noida Authority, The road shall be constructed in M-20 grade RCC will be laid in thickness of +150mm on top of compacted PCC and compacted base metal and using colored pavers as per design for aesthetic look.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities
Portable water supply through the concerned Government Authority will be delivered to the underground water tank. Further piping of Sch 80 and CPVC is being used. Daily water requirement is 246 KLD
Sewer System
The sewage shall be collected through a soil pipe arrangement , u bends and inspection chambers leading to the STP of the project. STP of 290KLD will be installed in the basement for sewage treatment and the recycled watter will be used for flushing purpose.

The roof top water shall be brought to the ground floor level with the 150mm-200mm rain UPVC water down take pipes which along with the surface run off water shall be transported to the rain water harvesting pits through under ground 300mm-450mm RCC hume pipes.
