Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

A GROUP HOUSING PROJECT IS BEING DEVELOPED ON SAID LAND. Front- 24 mtr road, Left- Plot Future world Green homes, Right- Arihant Amber, Rear- Green Belt.

Boundary Wall

We have proposed 2.4 mtr Height brick wall eith deep foundation, wire fencing for protection, earth quake resistant as well.

Road Work

We have proposed cement/ concrete/ paver/ stone road. All roads will made of the pavers / concrete pavers etc in different shapes with proper thickness as required

Footpaths

We have proposed concrete paver/ cement tiles for same. All footpaths will be made of different color/ shape/thickness as and wherever required.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

We will be providing under ground water tank with pump room from ground water tank to Overhead tanks with use of plumbing pipes same will be sent to all flat residents.

Sewer System

Underground sewerage system using RCC pipes is proposed. The sewage will be collected from all flats thru separate pipes and same will be sent to STP . STP water will be used for irrigation, flushing tanks etc.

Drain

Underground Sewerage system using RCC pipes is proposed. Drains will having a clearance from rain water ( surface run off)

Parks

A park comprising of lawn, jogging area, children play area, shrub trees is proposed. We will plant trees/ plants in the premises with good quality/ shrubs/trees etc we will plant.

Tree Planting

We have planned to plant approx 100 different type o ffloral / decorative trees gto all suitable locations in project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electricity shall be comprising of 1 no. of 1250 kva transformer and 2 no, of 750 kva DG . Dg is being provided for power back up. All electrical cable/ wires will be underground from Panel to Flats.

Community Buildings

Community building has been planned comprising of GYM, multipurpose hall, children play area etc.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

STP of 360 KLD is proposed in lower basement area. STP water will be used for irregation purpose, flushing etc.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Solid waste electronic machine is proposed for the project. All garbage will be collected from the flats will be recycled in garbage room thru compost machine.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting is proposed as per NBC. Rain water harvesting

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Solar Lights for open area and drive way. Single/ multipoint system as per guidelines will be provided.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Sprinkler Fire detection, DOORS,FfIRE ALARM SYSTEM, HYDRANTS, smoke detecter system has been planned as per NBC.
