Total demarcation of complete site is done done with MS Pipes / GI sheets on boundary of the plot . itis done as per plan and Possession plan .No of plot = 1 no size of plot=16466 sqm
The length of boundary wall will be 260M ( approx ). It will be constructed as per sanctioned plan having RCC columns , walls and MS grills upto 1800M Height. Appearance as per Elevation . CCTV for secutity reason.
The length of road will be 320 M (approx) of various width. The road work will be done as per sanctioned plan made up of rcc trimix , Paver and stone etc. Surface durability as per fire tender movement.
The average width of pathway will be 1500mm. the pathways, walkways will be constructed with RCC, Paver and Stone etc.
The capacity of OHT and UGT will be approx 300000 Ltr. The water supply system includes UGT/ OHT / Pipeline / water supply pumps feeding lines and PRV etc. The water supply shall be provided by local authorities. water treatment with filter media and activated carbon
The length of sewer system will be 250M ( approx ) of various( 110 to 300 mm dia ) sizes. The sewer system includes sewer line, main holes, waste pipeline. This will be a gravity system and it will be hanging in basement and The sewer water will be treated with STP of 500 KLD and treated water will be used for flushing and gardening purpose
The drain length will be 416 meter of various sizes of DWC and PVC pipes. The drainage system will be constructed with pipes and main holes as per services plans. the excess water will be disposed in local drains
The area in park will be approximate 16220 sqft. The park will be develop as per land scape plan including trees, bushes, seasonal plants and grass. with water features and public sitting area .
Total 84 trees of various types will be planted as per EC requirement the spacing of tree will be 5 m c/c and as per landscaping plans. the maintenance agency will be deployed for its maintenance
Total 3000KVA transformers ( 3 nos)will be installed for electricity supply for the project. The design of electricity supply including LED street lights ( appox 50 nos ) shall be done as per UPPCL guidelines. Iiiumination design will be as per norms.
The community building area will be approx 20000 Sqft. The Community building shall be constructed as per sanctioned plan which include hall, children play area, gym, yoga , public toilets, entrance lobby etc.
The sewage generated in the project shall be treated in STP of 500 KLD a( MBBR Technology) and recycle water will be used in flushing and landscaping
Approximate 600kg municipal waste will be generated from the project. The solid waste management and disposal shall be done as per EC guidelines. including segregation .
The rain water harvesting ( 8 number of 5.65 Cubic meter ) shall be done as per EC norms to recharge ground water table. The low flow water fixtures will be used for conservation of water.
The energy management shall be done as per ECBC regulations including online roof top solar system ( 80 KW) for basement lighting with grid integrations.
The fire protection, detection and alarm system shall be done as per NOC of UP Fire Department which included fire sprinkler, Fire panels, Fire Pumps and Fire alram system etc. 12 fire hydrant external and more then 100 internal hydrant with sprinkler system in each unit common area . fire system will be in auto mode .
The community hall, children play area, gym, TT room, Swimming pool, open Gym etc, THe 6 public toilets with disable friendly toilets (3 no) . lifts will be disable friendly shall be developed in this project. waiting area near gate for users will be constructed
The emergency Evacuation plan including fire staircase ( 5nos), 9 no Refuse area with Fire pathways shall be developed as per Fire NOC which include Fire Exit sings and Fire alarm system.
This is IGBC pre certified green building having SPL Glass, STP, OWC, Low Flow water fixtures for reducing water and electricity requirement. About 100 CCTV will be installed as per project requirement
