Solid waste to be collected from individual flats and will be processed in the Organic Waste Convertor on site.
Water Conservation System
Treated waste water from STP shall be used for Flushing and Landscape/ Irrigation. Rain water harvesting pits shall be provided for ground water recharging.
Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy
Provision of Energy Efficient Lighting of Common Areas is considered.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety System
Fire fighting system shall be provided as per Fire NOC.
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services
A Common social interaction areas shall be provided as per approved plan.
