Demarcation of Plots

Plot area of palm Olympia phase-II is 33,050 Sq.mt and is part of Total Plot Area 101264 sq. mt at Gh-02, Sec- 16C, Greater Noida (West) U.P allotted by Greater Noida Authority. The Demarcation of total plot area and palm Olympia Phase-II plot is attached with layout plan.

Boundary Wall

1500 mm high boundary wall shall be constructed with Rcc and brickwork as per structural design.

Road Work

6 Mtr wide Rcc road with top finish with trimix/ interlocking block road with intermittent Tile/ Stone paving shall constructed wherever required subgrade with GSB shall be made as per design.

Footpaths

1500 mm wide pathways finish with paver/ stone/ trimix footpath wherever required shall be provided. The thickness of tiles shall be 40mm (minimum).

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

GNIDA Water supply shall be collected in the water reservoirs. Terrace Tanks shall be filled with pumps to give supply to the units/ flats. The tanks shall be constructed as per structural design. proper Air valve, Sluice Valve in chamber/s, scour valve, fire Hydrants/ out lets and fire tanks as per design requirement shall be provided.

Sewer System

Rcc hume pipe of adequate size with manhole, chambers shall be provided. The sewer lines shall be laid in desired slopes as per available invert level.

Drain

Rcc hume pipe with manhole, chambers with Rain Water Harvesting Shall be provided . The number of catch basin shall be provided as per design requirement based on run off.

Parks

Landscape with civil work with masonry and stone, horticulture work and various types of plantation, shrubs shall be provided. Native plants shall be planted. Recreational sports area shall also be provided.

Tree Planting

Tree Planting along parts of the road in project shall be provided. Avenue trees with ornamental designs shall be created.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Pole light will be provided along with internal road side. Design for electric supply has been uploaded. HT and LT cables shall be laid from source to substation user ends. The lights shall be fixed as per requirement of use level as per guide lines.

Community Buildings

Community Building shall be provided . It will be a common facility for all phases of palm Olympia project as per approved building plan. It will have health facilities and sports area.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

S.T.P shall be provided. It will be provided with collection tank. The treated water shall be used for irrigation purposes. surplus flow shall be discharged to the municipal drains.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Organic Waste convertor and collection bins shall be installed. Garbage collection area shall be marked.

Water Conservation System

Adequate rain water harvesting pits are to be provided to allow the surface flow to percolate below in the earth.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Solar panels at roof top as per norms shall be provided . LED lights shall be used to conserve the energy.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

As per approved fire drawing smoke detector fire alarm systems etc. Shall be installed. Fire tender path shall be constructed as per fire norms. Fire fighting system with fire pumps of adequate capacity and water storage tanks shall be provided.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Provided as per approved building plan .

Emergency Evacuation Services

As per approved layout. Staircases shall be provided in basement/towers to exit in case of emergency/fir and/ or any natural calamity.

Other Miscellaneous Work

Guard room, entrance and exit gates shall be provided as per approved layout plan for the whole project/ phases.
