Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Proposed STP of capacity i.e. 325 KLD will be installed for treatment of wastewater. After the treatment, water will be generated which will be entirely used for DG Cooling, Horticulture and Flushing. Following arrangements will be made at the site in accordance to Solid Wates Management Rules, 2016. a) 60 percent bio-degradable waste b) 30 percent non-bio degradable c) 10 percent inert waste The solid waste will be segregated at source and collected through trained employed personals.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Dedicated covered and isolated site for storage of wastes . Adequate number of colored bins (green, blue and dark grey) seperate for bio-degradable and non-bio degradable are proposed to be provided at the strategic location within site. STP sludge is proposed to be used for horticultural purposes as a manure. Horticultural waste is composted and used for gardening purposes. Organic waste convertor will be installed to convert bio-degradable wastes into manure. The manure will be used in horticulture. Roof top area Ground Coverage= 2768.246 m2 Green area 6030.425m2 Paved area Total Plot Area- (Roof-top Area + Green Area) = 12250.700- (2768.246 + 6030.425) = 3452.029 m2 Runoff load Roof-top Area= 2768.246 x 0.06 x 0.9 =149.48m3/hr

Water Conservation System

Green Area= 6030.425 x 0.06 x 0.15 =54.27 m3/hr Paved Area= 3452.029 x 0.06 x 0.85 =176.05 m3/hr Total Runoff Load= (149.48 + 54.27 + 176.05) m3/hr =379.80 m3/hr Considering size of recharge pit size will be 8 mlong, 6m wide and 2 m deep. So the volume of a single pit will be = 96 Cum Total Recharge will be required = 379.80/96 = 3.956 Nos. Power requirement for the project is 1990 kW. 1 transformer of total capacity 1000 kVA/800 KVA/630 KVA will be provided. Source of power will be Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL).

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

DG sets of total capacity 2000 KVA (1 of 500 KVA and 2 of 750 KVA) will be provided for power back up. Silent DG sets are proposed to reduce the noise level and CPCB norms will be complied to check the pollution. Monitoring of the DG sets (stack emission) will be done quarterly. Height of the stacks will be 114 meters from the ground level, and 6m from the rooftop, the height of the highest building is 108 m. The fire protection system for the building is to be designed as per the provisions of National Building Code-2005 and the directions of local fire service authority. In addition to above, the fire extinguisher system is to be design in accordance with IS 2190. Height of the building 106.8 m. Fire NOC has been obtained. Fire Fighting facilities

Hose reel, Landing Valve, wet riser of F.B. Inlet on each floor according to the standards. Fire Extinguisher on each floor according to IS-2190. Automatic sprinkler system on entire building. Automatic fire detection and alarm system (being taken care by Electrical Consultant) Yard hydrants on the periphery of the building. Public Address and Communication system (being taken care by Electrical Consultant) Alternate source for fulfilling the electricity requirement. One lift with the provision of firemen switch. Mechanical ventilation in basement.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Social infrastructural space is provided at stilt and in community hall.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Fire staircase is provided in each of the four towers for emergency evacuation as per the NBC guidelines and 9/6 m wide fire tender path has been provided for Fire tender movement in case of emergency.

Other Miscellaneous Work

Dedicated seperate entry and exit has been proposed to enter the premises for better security and vehicular movement.
