ALL RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEM SHALL BE PROPERTY OF PROMOTER OR ITS NOMINATED THIRD PARTY. PROMOTER SHALL HAVE THE FIRST RIGHT TO SUPPLY ELECTRICITY TO PHASE/ PROJECT. ALLOTTEES SHALL MAKE PAYMENT FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY SUPPLIED AT THE RATES PRESCRIBED BY THE PROMOTER.
FIRE PROTECTION AND FIRE SAFETY SYSTEM TO BE AS PER NOC ISSUED BY FIRE DEPARTMENT. (COMMON FOR ALL PHASES) FIRE FIGHTING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY NOIDA/ STATE.

LIMITED COMMON AREAS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY FOR USE BY SOME UNITS AND INDEPENDENT ARAES SHALL EXCLUSIVELY BE THE PROPERTY OF THE PROMOTER AS PER DEED OF DECLARATION (UNDER UP APARTMENT ACT) BY THE PROMOTER AS REVISED AND AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME. SERVICE FLOORS ARE NOT PART OF THIS PHASE/ PROJECT. ALL OF THE ABOVE SERVICES MAY BE CHARGEABLE AS SEPARATE FROM MAINTENANCE CHARGES AS PER THE POLICY OF THE PROMOTER.
