Rainwater harvesting pits shall be provided for ground water recharging and overflow to be discharged in the municipal drains. Treated sewage shall be used for irrigation and flushing.
Solar panels will be used to reduce energy consumption and electrical appliances with a 5-star rating will be used in community building.
Sprinklers, fire doors, yard hydrants, smoke detectors, and fire alarm systems will be provided as applicable.
