Demarcation of Plots

Plot No. 1183m and 1185m at Village Noor Nagar, Ghaziabad, U.P. Total plot area 4213.94 sqm, Method of Demarcation -Field Work and site survey and plot boundary demarcated as per point given by the patwari.

Boundary Wall

Total length -258.44M height-2.1m high boundary wall with 1.8 high brick work and 0.60m high mild steel grill between two R.C.C columns approxx 4.5m centre to centre. The boundary wall shall be earth bearing and finished with cement morter plaster and weather proof exterior paints.

Road Work

Total road length -220M. width -6m number of lanes-2. All roads in the complex will be in M25 grade concrete. Roads will be water bound macadam with saucer drain in sides.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

UGT- Fire tanks-75KLx2nos Raw Water Storage Tanks -50KLDX1nos Domestic Water storage Tanks--50KLDX1nos. The daily potable domestic water requirement shall be met through municipal, tanker and augmented through bore well water supply with necessary approval from the concerned authorities. Sewer System

Main sewer line has been designed using two pipe system and polyproylene will be used in the vertical stacks in the shafts partially sewer line will be lay in basement ceiling will be finally connected to the STP, length of sewer line is approx 100 mtr in basement ceiling of 150 mm dia pipe.

Drain

Underground HDPE DWC SN4/sn8 pipeline drain will be lay in slope as per norms and collecting chambers as per the norms will be provide to collect surface rain water. Polypropylane will be used in the vertical stacks in the shafts then through basement ceiling will be finally connected to external chambers lengths of storms line is approx 250 meters of 250 mm dia pipe.

Parks

Green area 210.71 sq, M. lush green landscaped internal park will be provided and maintained. The landscaped parks will have joggings tracks, pavalion, lights and siting areas. The total park area in the project will be minimum 5 of the total plot area.

Tree Planting

On tree for every 100 square meter (total 43 nos) of land needs to be planted within construction sites for the buildings, ensuring 5 percentage green cover for total plot area . The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and along the boundary walls. The tree locations. Threes will be planted in a manner to ensure that there is no hindrance in the services/usage in the project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

1. 2O NOS led street light fixtures has been considered with digital timer and DG backup with 625 KVA DG backup. 2. 2 nos 800 KVA transformer has been considered. 3. LED night Fixture has been considered. Electric supply provided through 33/0.415 KV transformers and by DG set supply for backup. External street lighting shall be through solar power with alternate supply through.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

80 KLD of MBBR+UF will be installed at basement process using PVC media and fine bubble diffused aeration system followed by send filter and activated carbon filter and chlorination for treat the sewer and treated water will be recycled for use in flushing and gardening .

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Approx 300 KG Solid waster management and disposal system will be done by the external vendor by collecting the garbage from the dustbin/shops and segregate the same for the recycling the dry waste and prepare the compost from the wet waste.

Water Conservation System

2 nos of cum rain water harvesting pit has plan in the open area for recharge the ground water by collect the rain water from terrace and road surface area and low flow sanitary fixtures will be used for water efficiency.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

1. as per GHIHA requirement 5 percentage of the total load has been consider on roof Top solar system i.e. 55 KWP. 2. 110 nos of Solar Panel is provided. 3. Grid Integration system is provided.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

16 nos Hydrant and automatic sprinkler System will be provide as per as per the fire departments guidelines by fulfill the fire norms as per NBC. Social infrastructure and other public amenities including public health services and 2nos staircase for fire exits. As per NBC-2016, automatic fire detection and fire alarm system is provided.
