Demarcation of Plots

Plot area of Palm Olympia PH 3 is 12,165 Sq. Mtrs. and is part of Total Plot Area 101264 Sq. Mtrs. at GH-02, Sector 16C, Greater Noida (West) , Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, allotted by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. The demarcation of total plot area and Palm Olympia PH 3 plot is attached with layout plan.

Boundary Wall

1500 mm high boundary wall shall be constructed with RCC and brickwork.

Road Work

6 Mtrs. Wide RCC road with top finish with trimix / interlocking block road with intermittent Tile / Stone paving shall be constructed.

Footpaths

1500 mm wide pathways finish with paver/ stone/ trimix footpath wherever required, shall be provided.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

GNIDA water supply shall be collected in the water reservoirs. Terrace tanks shall filled with pumps to give supply to the units/flats.

Sewer System

RCC hume pipe of adequate sizes with manhole, chambers shall be provided.

Drain

RCC hume pipe with manhole, chambers with "Rain Water Harvesting" shall be provided.

Parks

Landscape with civil work with masonry and stone, horticulture work and various types of plantation , shrubs shall be provided.
