Plot area of Palm Olympia PH 3 is 12,165 Sq. Mtrs. and is part of Total Plot Area 101264 Sq. Mtrs. at GH-02, Sector 16C, Greater Noida (West) , Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, allotted by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. The demarcation of total plot area and Palm Olympia PH 3 plot is attached with layout plan.
1500 mm high boundary wall shall be constructed with RCC and brickwork.
6 Mtrs. Wide RCC road with top finish with trimix / interlocking block road with intermittent Tile / Stone paving shall be constructed.

Use of LED light and solar panels at roof tops as per norms.
As per approved fire drawings, smoke detector, fire alarm systems etc. shall be installed.

Appropriate signage work will be provided.
