Layout demarcation has been carried out using total station survey. The plot corners have been marked with permanent RCC boundary pillars of M20 grade.
RCC Foundation and columns will be constructed using M20 grade concrete. The superstructure consists of 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar (CM) 1;6. The boundary wall will have height of 2.4 meter from the finished ground level.
A 150 mm thick wet mix macadam (WMM) layer is to be provided and properly compacted to form a stable and durable base for the pavement.
The internal footpath will be developed using 60-80 mm thick interlocking paver blocks. A 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (PCC) base of M10 grade will be provided below the paver block to ensure stability and durability.
Water supply will be provided through HDPE/ DI pipelines (PN 6/ PN 10). An underground RCC (M25) water storage tank will be constructed. The system will be connected to a borewell and/or municipal supply. Drinking water points will be available in common area too.
Sewerage system is to be constructed using RCC NP3 pipe (200-450 mm diameter) with manholes at regular intervals. Proper gravity slope is to be maintained to connect to the STP.
Storm water drainage to be built using RCC precast/ cast-in-situ drain. The drains are to be covered with precast slabs. The System is to be designed based on rainfall intensity data with proper outfall and recharge arrangement provided.
Landscaped green area with lawn have been developed . Children play equipment (as per IS standards) , a walking/jogging track, benches and park lighting to be installed.
Avenue plantation to be carried out along the roads using native species. Tree guards will be installed, and provisions for regular maintenance to be made.
2 Transformer of 1010 KVA and 1 transformer of 1250 KVA is to be installed in the project. Apart that an underground armoured LT/HT cable will be laid down. A transformer will be installed. LED street lights to be installed along with solar light in common areas wherever applicable.
The building to be constructed with RCC framed structure and bricks/block masonry. Vitrified tile flooring is to be provided.
A sewage treatment plant (STP) is to be installed using MBBR/ SBR Technology. The treated water is reused for flushing and horticulture purposes. Sludge disposal is carried out as per applicable norms and regulation.
waste is segregated at source. A designated garbage collection area is to be provided. A composting /OWC system will be installed. Final disposal is to be carried out through an authorized municipal agency.
Rainwater harvesting pits, recharge bore wells and storm water recharge structure to be provided. Treated water is reused for suitable applications.
Solar panels to be installed on community buildings. LED lighting, energy efficient equipment and smart energy monitoring system to be installed.
An underground fire water tank, hydrant network and fire pump room to be provided. Portable fire extinguishers to be installed at various places. The system compliances with NBC and local fire safety norms.
Have provision to built public toilets in common areas. A security cabin and boom barriers is to be installed at entrance. CCTV surveillance system will be installed
A minimum 6 meter wide fire tender access road to be provided. Emergency assembly points, directional signage and emergency lighting in common areas will be arranged.
The entrance gate to be developed with proper architectural features. Necessary signages and road marking to be provided.
