Demarcation of Plots

Demarcation of plot is completed. Total area of plot is 29443.02 sq. mtrs

Boundary Wall

Boundary wall shall be of brick work 230 mm and MS railing of approx 800 mm height shall be installed. Columns shall be of 2400 mm. Total height along with railing shall be of 2.4 mtrs.

Road Work

Minimum 6 mtrs. wide road shall be constructed finished with heavy duty pavers.

Footpaths

1.2 mtrs. footpath shall be constructed finished with interlocking tiles/pavers stone shall be provided near each tower.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

PVC pipes shall be laid from underground tank to over head tank in each block. Supply shall be made from overhead tank to each flat. Pipe shall be distributed to each flat from over head tank through plumbing shaft.

Sewer System

PVC pipes shall be laid for sewage from plumbing shaft, joints of vertical stacks and then transfer to sewage main hole. The entire sewage system shall be connected to STP.

Drain

PVC pipes for rain water drain shall be laid in all the balconies up each flat and terrace and shall be connected to drainage main hole and to the rain water harvesting pit. Excess rain water shall be sent to authority drainage system.

Green area shall be provided as per approved layout

Tree Planting

Tree shall be planted as per norms and approved layout.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

All units shall have MDB/electric points as per electrical supply/electrical code manual. Street lights shall be as per NBC guidelines, 6.0 mtrs. height poles shall be installed.

Community Buildings

Ground Floor plus First Floor community building as per the approved plan.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

STP plant is provided for sewage system and suitable recycling shall be done for the treated water. Excess treated water shall be disposed in municipal sewage line.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

All the waste shall be segregated at the site and shall be treated for composting of biodegradable/organic waste. Disposal of the untreatable waste shall be through the vendor of the Authority

Water Conservation System

WCS shall be as per the approval of the local body. STP treated water (with quality parameter as per standards) shall be used fr horticulture and flushing.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Electrical sub station shall be provided as per local electricity board approval and solar system shall be provided a per guidelines.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire protection and sire safety system shall be provided to meet the requirement of the Fire Department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Swimming Pool, Kids Play area and open gymnasium shall be provided.

Emergency Evacuation Services

High rise towers has fire stair case and fire lift, which provides the direct evacuation from the building to the open area.
