The project Jagdishpuram Phase 2 Grand Homz consisting Block B and C , situated at Khasra No. 1207M, Village Noor Nagar, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. Total Plot area is 10074.00 Sq. meters.
2.1m high boundary wall with brick work and mild steel grill between two RCC columns approx 4.5 m to 6 m center to center. The boundary wall shall be earthquake resistant.
All road in the complex will be of concrete. The Road will be laid over two layers of 150mm thick compacted water bound macadam.
All footpaths in the complex will in combination of concrete pavers of different colors, shape and thickness of 50mm laid over 150mm water bound macadam and 100mm thick PCC surface.
Potable water supply from Nagar Nigam/GDA shall be collected in the underground collection tank and pumped to overhead water tank located at the terrace. The supply of water to individual flats shall be from the said overhead water tanks. Underground and overhead tank with automatic pumps for 24 hours water supply.
The sewage will be collected through a soil pipeline arrangement, bends and inspection chambers leading to the sewage water treatment(STP) of the project, from where the treated water will be used for irrigation and flushing purpose.
Rain water shall be collected in drains having a minimum width of 150mm connected to the underground DWC HDPE/cement concrete pipeline. For discharging, water will be collected in manholes to be constructed in periphery of complex and these manholes shall be finally connected with drain of GDA,
Lush green landscaped internal park will be provided and maintained. The Landscaped parks will having jogging tracks, Pavilion , Children Park area and sitting areas. The total park area in the project will be minimum 10 percent of the total plot area.
One tree for every 80 square meter of land needs to be planted within construction sites for the residential building, ensuring 10 percent green cover for the plot area. The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and along boundary walls. The tree selection, flora and vegetation shall be as per the climatic conditions. Trees will be planted in a manner to ensure that there is no hindrance in the service/usage in the Project.
The main power supply will be through HT power connection, stepped down by the transformer and then distributed. DG backup of suitable rating will be provided. The campus lighting will be a combination of solar lights and grid supplied power. In the light fittings will be power saving of LED fittings.
Club has been designs as per authority norms and facility like Party Hall, Recreational and Entertainment area etc.
Sewer will be treated for recycling (if required) otherwise it will be connected to the sewer line of authority which is already connected to central functional STP of GDA for this locality .
Door to Door Collections and will be disposed up to garbage point of authority
Recycling of treated water and rain water to be provided..
Solar Panels will be provided as per norms at suitable places.
Fire fighting system shall be provided for all the buildings as per the prevailing requirements of National Building Code. Sprinkle shall be provided in all the common areas, basement . Smoke detectors, fire doors shall be provided in a common areas. Water supply to sprinklers and hydrants shall be from fire pumps located in the basement.
