230MM WIDE AND 2.1 METRE HIGH EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT BOUNDARYWALL OF RCC/ MILD STEEL/BRICK FILLED. BOUNDARY WALL AT SITE WILL BE DONE ON BOTH SIDE OF THE BOUNDARY WALL AFTER ATHAT TWO COAT OF PAINTS WILL BE COATED.

Road Work

ALL ROADS IN THE COMPLEX WILL BE IN COMBINATION OF CONCRETE PAVERSOF DIFFRENT COLOURS, SHAPE , THICKNESS. ROADS WILL BE MADE AT THE SITE .THE BASE OF THE ROADWILL BE FILLED BY RED MURUM, AFTER THAT 2 LAYER OF AGGREGATE WILL BE LAID TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ROAD IS UPTO THE MARK. AFTER THIS THE TOP LAYER WILL BE COLOURED , BLACK WHITE APEX ROAD WILL BE 7.5 MTR TO 12 MTR WIDE.

Footpaths

FOOTHPATH IN THE COMPLEX WILL BE IN COMBINATION OF CONCRETE PAVERS OF DIFFRENTCOLOURS, SHAPE , THICKNESS OF 65MM AND 80MM LAID OVER 150MM WATER BOUND MACADAM SURFACE.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

PORTABLE WATER SUPPLY FROM MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY SHALL BE COLLECTED IN UNDERGROUND COLLECTION TANK AND PUMPED TO OVERHEAD WATER TANK. THE SUPPLY OF WATER TO INDIVIDUAL FLATS SHALL BE FROM THE SAID OVERHAD WATERTANKS.

Sewer System

DRAINS HAVING A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 150MM WILL BE PROVIDED FOR COLLECTION AND CHANNELIZATION OF RAIN WATER (SURFACE RUNOFF).

Parks

INTERNAL PARK WILL BE PROVIDED AND MAINTAINED. THEPARKS WILL HAVE JOGGING TRACKS, CHILDREN PLAY AREA AND SITTING AREAS.

Tree Planting

THE TREES WILL BE PLANTED AT ALL SUITABLE LOCATIONS OF THE PROJECT AND ALONG THE BOUNDARY WALLS. THE TREESELECTION , FLORA AND VEGETAION.
