About 25.00 KLD capacity of STP has been provided to take care of sewage and waste water. The treated water will be used for gardening, flushing of WC etc.
The expected solid waste generation is 0.6 kg/ day / capita. In order to treat this, a composter shall be provided.
Recharging of ground water shall be through rain water harvesting system. Treated water from the STP will be reused in flushing of WC, horticulture / gardening etc.
Adequate use of LED lights in the street lighting and common areas has been proposed. To save energy, solar panels shall be installed as per norms.
Fire hose cabinet has been proposed to be provided on each floor as per NBC norms which will be connected to over head fire tank.
Shops, pool, gymnasium, community hall, kids play area etc are to be provided with in the premises or in adjoining projects / land owned and developed by the Promoters for which tie-up has been done.
Each floor has two stair cases out of which one is a fire stair case designed as per NBC norms. In case of emergency, the stair cases will be used by the residents. These stair case will lead everyone to the internal roads at ground floor.
Rest all works will be executed as per sanctioned drawings and in compliance of applicable norms.
