4825 m long distribution pipe network has been laid for 24 x 7 water supply. HDPE pipe PN-6, PE-80 has been used. 1600 KL storage (800KL UGT and 800 KL OHT) has been provided. 3 tub-wells (with total 45HP pump) used with piped network of HDPE PN-10, PE 100 pipes are used

As per the Approved layout, Green area and Open spaces is 8532.62 SQM (8.61 %). There are four parks with respective areas 4450 SQM, 1044 SQM , 1248 SQM , 904 SQM. All parks are Wire fencing along boundary, Grassing and tree Plantation

There is no community building in this project.
The scheme sewage shall be disposed in trunk sewer line which goes to Township level STP proposed in Sec-4, Wave City. Township level STP shall be installed later when the sufficient sewage is available and pipe network is through upto STP. In order to treat sewage till the township level STP comes up a modular type 200 KLD STP has been installed at site.
Solid waste shall be collected from each household and segregated a solid waste treatment facility developed at Sec-6 where organic waste is composted with the help of Automatic organic waste converter machine.
A separate network comprising 4344 m long piped network has been developed to collect the rooftop rain water from each plot less than 300sqm and carry the same to RWH recharge structures developed in the nearby park.
