The Plot No. C-1 in Land-2, integrated Sports Complex at Jaypee Greens Sector 26 and 31 , Surjpur Kasana Road, Greater Noida, U.P. had been demarcated by JAYPEE.
Green fencing as per rule of Township.
Access driveway to all the towers will be provided and that driveway will be pavers M 30 grade with thickness of 65 mm and 100 mm kerb stone on sides if required. An entry of tower , there will be pattern as per design.
Footpath will be provided using 40-50 mm paver wherever required.
The Total domestic water demand is 770 KL, and flushing water demand is 280 KL. since this is part of the Jaypee Green Master Plan, the water supply will be received from the Jaypee Green Infra pluming plant room. This water will be stored in the fire water tank and, which shall there after be allowed to overflow and store in water tank. The raw water after treatment shall be stored in the treated water tanks. Domestic water shall thereafter be transferred by gravity to the various consumption point. Booster pump shall be installed at the roof level to feed the Top 3 floors to ensure minimum 1.5 bar pressure at the usage points. Similarly, Flushing water will be received from the Jaypee Green (Infra) STP and store in Non portable water receiving Tank. Thereafter depending on the quality water shall be treated by UF and store in Flushing Water Tank. Flushing Water and Domestic Water shall be supplied by dedicated Hydro-pneumatic System installed in the plumbing plant room respectively to feed OHT of all towers.
The Centralized Sewage Treatment plant is available at master plan level. So all the blocks shall disposed by gravity system in to the first manholes around the towers, which shall be finally connected to the external sewerage system network as per the master plan. Incase of STP failure, raw water from the plumbing plant room shall be transferred to flushing water tank.
Roof rain water shall be collected through pipes and connected to rain water storage tank for reuse and excess water overflow in the surface storm drain network, surface rain water collected through drain network which will be planned at the site level and thereafter overflow in to master plan Strom water network.
Landscape with civil work masonry 115/230 mm and stone, paver, grass and various type of plantation , shrubs.
Tree Plantation will be as per the sanctioned Plan in which 50 percent trees will be evergreen trees.
Centralized substation have been proposed for entire development at ground level. 5 no. 2000 KVA, 33/0.433 kV Oil filled Compact transformers are proposed for the entire development including External or Street lighting. In order to provide resilient power supply for the Project, 100 percent emergency power Backup is proposed through 5 No. 1500 kVA Radiator Cooled type Generator Sets.( No DG Backup for EV charging Infrastructure.). DG sets are planned in basement in double height area.
Community Building will be made as per approved Building plan and there will be Multi purpose Hall, Indoor Games, GYM, Entrance lobby etc.

Centralized sewage Treatment plant shall be consisting of a flushing water distribution ring, from which a connection shall be taken to the filled the UG Flushing Water Storage Tank. Although it is already treated water, ultra filtration will be done at the site to meet the government parameters. In case of STP Failure, row water from the pluming plant room shall be transferred to flushing water tank with dedicated transfer pumps installed in plumbing plant room.
Collection, Storage and disposal will be done manually , and disposal will be done as per norms.
Re use STP treated water for flushing, colling tower make-up and landscaping purpose. Use of Low Flow of waterless fixtures with aerator head. Use of Sensor operated taps and Urinals and Duel Flush WCs in common Toilets. Use of Digital water Meters at each major consumption point. Use of drought resistant and native species of plants. Use of Drip irrigation of Micro Irrigation techniques for landscaping.
In compliance to ECBC norms, approx. 60 kWp Solar power needs to be generated. It is proposed to plan Solar PVs at Tower roof. Solar PV shall be provided facing south on the roof. it will be synchronized with main grid power supply for utilization within the building during the day. No net Metering with utility Grid is being envisaged.
The Fire Protection system is designated to provide Life safety of occupants by means of providing early warning for complete evacuation, activation of extinguishing system and timely information to occupants inline with part 4 of NBC 2016. The following fire fighting system have been proposed- Hydrant System Automatic Sprinkler System Fire Extinguishers. Fire Hose Reels Fire Alarm and Detection System Fire Pumps Water Storage Tanks Emergency Lighting and Signage Fore Doors and Partitions
Social gathering places in the community building are being provided.
YES, Refuge area provided at every Tower on 15th , 23rd, 31st and 39th floor in addition to Main and Fire Staircase.
