Demarcation of Plots

This is single plot polygon shaped having total 1 no. of Entry gate and 1 No. of exit gate from the 45m wide road, Site is surrounded by other plots from three sides

Boundary Wall

1.8m high and 230 mm thick boundary wall designed. Brick work of 9 inches and RCC work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS/S.S. Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.

Trimix road will be used as per the design suggested by the Architect for internal road.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water will be used. End user will use their individual RO System as per their requirement. Overheads tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.

Centralized sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall go to the Municipal Sewerage system.

Drain

Storm water system shall be provided. Storm water from roads and other landscape area shall connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting pit for recharging the ground water and overflow shall be connected with Municipal drain line.

There are a proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Since the building is less than 75 m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage, Storm water and water supply system shall be provided. We have proposed common pump, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use and flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks.
