Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

As per the approved drawings, the demarcation of plots was done by a total station machine. Individual plots will be marked by brickwork.

Boundary Wall

RCC cum brick wall having a thickness of 230mm. RCC cum brick wall having a thickness of 230 mm. The height of the boundary wall will be 7 feet from 0-0 level. The boundary walls will be earthquake-resistant.

Road Work

Main road with black top of 50 mm. Sub-base will be 2 layers of 80 mm boulder and GSB.

Footpaths

On the remaining compacted soil, we will lay interlocking tiles on the footpath or provide RCC on sidewalks.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

For every individual plot, drinking water connection through a PVC line. A UG tank of 1 lakh liter will be provided for the storage of water.

Sewer System

A centralized sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall be recycled and it will be used in gardening and overflow from it shall be connected with the Municipal sewerage system.

Drain

A stormwater system shall be provided. Stormwater from roads and other landscape areas shall be connected to the stormwater drain channel and it will go to the rainwater harvesting pit for recharging the groundwater and overflow shall be connected with the municipal drain line.

Parks

A lush green internal park will be provided and maintained. The parks will have jogging tracks, childrens play areas, and sitting areas. The total park area in the project will be 2013 sq. mt.

Tree Planting

The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and along the boundary walls. The tree selection, flora, and vegetation shall be as per the climatic conditions. Trees will be planted in a manner to ensure that there is no hindrance in the services/ usage of the project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We have designed the system as sanctioned by the local electricity board. We will provide a transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, and DG backup for common services like electrical lighting, water pumps, etc.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Treated water shall be used for irrigation, and pathway cleaning and excess sewage shall be discharged into the municipal sewer.

Manual collection and disposal as per GDA norms.

A well-designed rainwater harvesting system shall be provided for the whole plotting layout to conserve water.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Multiple-point metering will be provided for energy from the grid/ power supply company. Backup GD for common services will be provided.
