The bitumen black top roads are constructed with compacted subgrade of 150-300mm, sub-base of 100-300 mm and granular base of 100-300 mm. They are finished with a binder course of 50-100 mm and a surface course of 25-50 mm to ensure durability and smooth traffic flow.
The footpaths use interlocking paving blocks of 200 by 100 by 75 mm, made in solid form with a treated course coloured surface. With an average density of 2377.3 kg/cum and a composition of OPC, sand and aggregates, they provide strength and uniform appearance.
The water system is designed with with 200 feet deep borewells, undergrounds tanks, and water treatment including filtration and disinfection. A 24/7 GI PVC distribution network supplies water through metered house, connection, public taps, and firefighting provisions.
The Sewer network uses DWC pipes of 150-250 mm diameter and 6 mm length, offering a tensile strength of 20-35 MPa and ring stiffness of at least 4 Kn/Sq m. With a service life of 75-100 years and density between 941-965 kg/sqm, it ensures efficient and durable sewage disposal.
The storm water drains are built in RCC and brickwork with a cross section of 300 by 300 mm and wall thickness of 60 by 80 mm. Designed in a half U Saucer shaped, they use M 30 grade concrete and RCC manhole covers for effective water management and safety.

The electric system includes substations, transformers and underground weather-resistant cabling with metering and backup supply. Steel poles fitted with LED streetlights provide energy efficient illumination with proper spacing, ingress and impact protection, and enhanced public safety.

The waste management system mandates segregation into biodegradable, non bio degradable, and hazardous waste at source. Collection is scheduled and transported in covered vehicles, while recycling, composting, and waste to energy reduce landfills use.
Rainwater harvesting is implemented with four recharge pits and wells, along with wate water cycling facilities. Smart integration, leak detection, and water audits ensure efficient and sustainable water usage.
The project integrates renewable energy through rooftop or open-space solar PV systems of 5 KW capacity. These installations generate clean electricity, improve energy efficiency and reduce reliance on conventional power sources.
