The project land is demarcated as follows by north- Ozone City Phase-3rd Map no. 10/15(2012-13) to the south other project in name of Smiley Homes, East- Land of owner and other land of village Yakutpur, Tehsil Koil, Aligarh-202001, to the west- Ozone City Phase- VII The golden Estate Map no.- AGDA/LD/21-22/0100, and the individual plots are demarcated by construction of demarcation with pillar nos. and with brick work.
3.0 metres high boundary wall with brick work and one side plaster R.C.C columns approx. 4.5 to 5.0 metres centre to centre. The boundary wall shall be earthquake resistant.
All roads in the complex will be in combination of R.C.C and concrete pavers of different colours, shape, thickness. Roads will be laid over 255 mm water bound macadam surface.
All footpaths in the complex will be in combination of concrete pavers of different colours, shape and thickness of 65 mm and 80 mm aid over 150 mm water bound macadam surface.
Drinking water supply will be provided through the existing over head tank to the plots and treated water will be supplied to STP for irrigation. Drinking water source is from existing tube wells. Water filtration plant is installed before the overhead tank.
The sewerage will be collected through RCC/ soil pipeline arrangement, bends and inspection chambers leading to the sewage water treatment plant (STP) of the project, from where the sewage will be used for irrigation. Inspection chambers shall be of 900 mm dia and main pipeline of 400 mm dia shall be used.
Rain water shall be collected in drains having a minimum width of 150 mm connected to the underground cement concrete pipeline. For discharge, water will be collected in man holes to be constructed in periphery of complex and these man holes shall be finally connected with drain of harvesting pits and over flow to jaffri drain. Inspection chambers shall be of 900 mm dia and main pipeline of 300 mm dia shall be used.
Lush green internal park will be provided and maintained. The parks will have jogging tracks, pavillion, children play area ad sitting areas. The total park area in the project will be 4877.72 sq. mtr.
The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and along the boundary walls. The tree selection, flora and vegetation shall be as per the climatic conditions. Trees will be planted in a manner to ensure that there is no hindrance in the services/ usage in the project. The 76 no. of trees shall be planted in the entire project.
Electric supply will be provided through 33/0.415 KV transformers installed in adjoining land owned by the promoter. External street lighting shall be through power grid.

Sewage shall be treated in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) installed in the adjacent land owned by the promoter and thereafter treated water to be used for irrigation purpose.
Solid waste to be collected from individual plots and stored in garbage room. Professional service provider shall be engaged for disposal of solid waste outside the project premises.
Rain water harvesting pits of 18 nos. and size 1.50 mtr diameter each shall be provided for ground water recharging and overflow to be discharged in the jaffri drains. Treated sewage shall be used for irrigation.
Single point supply of 33KV shall be taken and through electric sub station 440V supply shall be supplied to individual plots through distribution panels and sub meters.
