The Project land is demarcated as follows- by North- Phase-5th map no.-43/15(2012-13), by south- submitted online map for approval map no.- AGDA/LD/20-21/0732, by East Phase-2, map no.- 731/15 (2008-09), by west another land, khasra no.-48, and the individual plots are demarcated by the construction of demarcation with Piller nos. and with brickwork.
3.0 Metre high boundary wall with brickwork and one side plaster R.C.C Columns approx. 4.5 to 5.0 meters from center to center. The boundary wall shall be earthquake-resistant.
All roads in the complex will be in combination with RCC and concrete pavers of different colors, shapes, and thicknesses. Roads will be laid over 225 mm water-bound macadam.
All footpaths in the complex will be in combination with concrete pavers of different colors, shapes, and thicknesses of 65 mm and 80 mm laid over a 150 mm water-bound macadam surface.
Drinking water supply is to be provided through the existing overhead tank to the plots and treated water will be supplied from STP for irrigation. The drinking water source is from existing tube wells. A water filtration plant is installed before the overhead tank.
The sewage will be collected through RCC/ Soil pipeline arrangement, bends, and inspection chambers leading to the sewage water treatment plant (STP) of the project, from where the sewage will be used for irrigation. Inspection chambers shall be of 900 mm dia and the main pipeline of 400 mm dia shall be used.
Rain water shall be collected in drains having minimum width of 150mm connected to the underground cement concrete pipeline. For discharge, water will be collected in manholes to be constructed in the periphery of the complex and these manholes shall be finally connected with the drain of harvesting pits and overflow to jaffri drain. Inspection chambers shall be of 900 mm dia and the main pipeline of 300 mm dia shall be used.
A lush green internal park will be provided and maintained. The parks will have jogging tracks, a pavilion, childrens play areas and sitting areas. The total park area in the project will be 4877.72 sq. mtr.
The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and along the boundary walls. The tree selection, flora, and vegetation shall be as pe the climatic conditions. Trees will be planted in a manner to ensure that there is no hindrance in the services/ usage of the project. The 76 no. of trees shall be planted in the entire project area.
Electric supply is provided through 33/0.415 KV transformers installed in adjoining land owned by the promoter. External street lighting shall be through grid power.

Sewage shall be treated in a sewage treatment plant (STP) installed in the adjacent land owned by the promoter and thereafter treated water to be used for irrigation purposes.
Solid waste is to be collected from individual plots and stored in the garbage room. The professional service provider shall be engaged for the disposal of solid waste outside the project premises.
Rainwater harvesting pits of 13 nos. and size 1.50 mtr. diameter each shall be provided for ground water recharging and overflow to be discharged in the jaffari drains. Treated sewage shall be used for irrigation.
A single point supply of 33kv shall be taken and through an electric substation, 440v supply shall be supplied to individual plots through distribution panels and sub meters.
