Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

It defines property boundaries , parcel shapes, plot locations and hence is a foundation for land use and land marks. number of residential plots already provided with sizes in plan details of portal.

Boundary Wall

0.23 M thick boundary wall up to 2.14M height with 16 raito and both side plasters with 15 rations will be constructed.

Road Work

stone bllast with compaction soiling coat 40 mm to 63 mm, a 6 mm to 10 mm thick coat of stone grit and sand, including compaction, and laying a concrete slab 10 CM thick with a 1 2 4 ratio, concrete paver block will be used for pavement.

Footpaths

Footpaths will be provided in the park. Concrete paver blocks will be used for pavement. Bollards will be provided along the footpath in the park.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Overhead water tanks with a capacity of 20 KLD will be provided. Pumphouses will be provided for efficient supply of water to overhead water tanks situated on the terraces at the at the top of each residence.

Sewer System

An underground sewerage system will be provided to connect each residence to the STP located in the park. STP of 40 KLD will be provided, and the outflow line will be connected to the external sewer line on the front road.

Drain

Covered drains along the road will be provided, and drains will be covered by the concrete blocks.

Parks

Small plant hedges will be provided for the external boundaries of the park. The park level will be 0.30 m above the entrance road level, and numerous plants and trees will be planted in the park, with a green area provided in the park as a childrens play area.

Tree Planting

Palm tree will be provided along the road. Box hedges will be provided along the footpath in the park. Hibistus trees and tradular palms will be planted in various locations in the park. Carpet grass of type 3 will be planted along with marrygold and tacunia flower beds.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Underground electric supply will be provided. Street lights will be provided along with the road, with one street light placed between the two corresponding units. Transfermers of 250 KVA and 400 KVA will be provided.

Community Buildings

Club House will be provided in the prime stages of projects with a gym, an indoor play area, a libraryand a conference hall.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

STP of capacity 40 KLD will be provided inside the park. The drain outlet from the STP will be connected to the external sewer line on the front road. Treated water will also be used for landscaping.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

We will provide a garbage collection area saperatelly adjacent to the park.

Water Conservation System

Rainwater harvesting pits will be provided in the park, and underground recharge pits will be provided to conserve collected water.
