THE EXTENSION-P2 IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LARGER INTEGRATED TOWNSHIP WHICH IS DEVELOPED WITH SINGLE ENTRY AND EXIT. THE TOWNSHIP IS BOUNDED BY COMPOUND WALL BUILT ACROSS THE TOWNSHIP. THE SAID BOUNDARY WALL IS CONSTRUCTED WITH 9 INCH THICK BRICK WORK AND 6 FT IN HEIGHT. THE CONSTRUCTION IN DONE BY FLY-ASH/RED BRICK USING CEMENT MORTAR IN 1-6 RATIO.
AS PER THE DPR OF THE PROJECT ROAD NETWORK IS DEVELOPED ACROSS THE PROJECT IN HIERARCHY FROM 15 MTR. 12 MTR AND 9 MTR. ROAD CONSTRUCTION IS CARRIED OUT WITH BASIC EARTH WORK FOLLOWED BY WBM, GSB AND STONE DUST FOLLOWED WITH EXTENSIVE COMPACTION THERE AFTER GANGA SAND (2 INCH THICK BED) IS LAID AND THEREAFTER FINISHED WITH INTERLOCKING PAVERS.
THE FOOTPATHS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO CARRY SEWER (6 INCH HUME PIPE) WATER LINE (2 INCH UPVC) STORM WATER (6 INCH PVC PIPE) DRAIN PIPE. ALL THESE SERVICES ARE UNDERGROUND, THE FOOTPATHS IS CONSTRUCTED USING CHEQUERD TILES (1FTX1FT) WITH KERB STONE (12 INCH WIDE). AVENUE TREES AND ELECTRICAL POLES ARE INSTALLED ADJACENT TO THESE FOOTPATHS.
ELEVATED WATER TANK OF 125000 LTR CAPACITY FED BY 6 HP BORE WELL PUMPS IN REDUNDANCY. ARRANGEMENT IS ALSO MADE FOR CHLORINE DOZING. TO DISTRIBUTE PORTABLE WATER TO HOUSEHOLDS. A NETWORK OF 2 INCH UPVC PIPES ARE LAID UNDER GROUND FOR WATER SUPPLY WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP.
A NETWORK OF UNDERGROUND 6 INCH HUME PIPE HAVE BEEN LAID TO CARRY SEWERAGE FROM HOUSE HOLD TO STPs PLACED WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP. THE TOWNSHIP IS PLANNED AS A ZERO DISCHARGE DEVELOPMENT, DECENTRALIZED PACKAGED STP OF 40 KLD EACH AS PER SECTOR ARE AG DETAILED IN PROJECT DPR ARE BEING COMMISSIONED. THESE PACKAGED STPs ARE BASED ON ANAEROBIC PROCESS TO BREAK-DOWN SEWER WASTE.
ROOF TOP RUN OFF AND KITCHEN WASTE WATER IS BRAINED FROM ROAD ARE AS AND HOUSEHOLDS THROUGH 6 INCH PVC PIPES WHICH ARE LAID UNDERGROUND DEPENDING UPON THE CLASSIFICATION OF WASTE WATER. IT IS EVENTUALLY DRAINED INTO RAIN WATER HARVESTING PITS (FOUR NOS), SCREENING FILTERS OR ARTIFICIAL PONDS (1720 SQ MTR) DEVELOPED WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP.
PARKS AND GREEN AREA HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP AS PER APPROVED MAP. THE TOWNSHIP HAS A PARKS EARMARKED FOR SENIOR CITIZENS WITH SPACE FOR YOGA AND SEATING ARRANGEMENT AND FLOWERING PLANTS AND SHRUBS SIMILARLY A CHILDREN PARK WITH PLAY STATION AND WALK THROUGH FOUNTAIN HAS BEEN DEVELOPED. A SPORT CENTER AS PER THE DENSITY NORMS OF THE TOWNSHIP HAS BEEN DEVELOPED WITH CRICKET GROUND, FOOTBALL FIELD, BASKETBALL COURT, VOLLEYBALL, BADMINTON COURT AND SWIMMING POOL. THIS SPORT CENTER IS DEVELOPED OVER 2.5 ACRE OF LAND. AND OPEN AREA GYM MADE OVER 250 SQ MTR LAND.
MORE THAN 700 TREES HAVE BEEN PLANTED WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP. AVENUE TREES SUCH AS GULMOHAR, CHITWAN AND AMALTAS ETC AND BUSHES AND HEDGES HAVE BEEN PLANTED IN HIERARCHICAL ORDER. FLOWERING PLANTS AND EVERGREEN PLANTS HAVE BEEN PLANTED IN OPEN AREAS AND OTHER INSTALLATION.
ELECTRIC POLES WITH LED STREET LIGHTS ARE PLACED AT 60 FT TO 80 FT INTERVAL. EACH STREET LIGHT INSTALLED WITH WATTAGE OF 100 WATT OR 200 WATT AS PER REQUIREMENT. A TOTAL OF OVER 250 SUCH STREET LIGHTS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP.
CONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNITY HALL/FUNCTION HALL, MULTI PURPOSE HALL WITH KITCHEN HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED OVER A PLOT SIZE OF 600 SQ MTR (INCLUDING PARKING ). THE BUILDING ALSO HOUSES A MODERN GYM AND INDOOR GAMES ROOM.
DECENTRALIZED PACKAGED STPs OF 40 KLD EACH IS BEING INSTALLED AS PER DPR IN VARIOUS SECTORS OF THE TOWNSHIP. THE SEWAGE AND SULLAGE WATER WILL BE CARRIED FROM HOUSEHOLDS THROUGH UNDER GROUND SERVICES PIPES TO THE STPs. TREATED WATER FROM THE STPs WILL BE USED FOR IRRIGATION OR SENT TO ARTIFICIAL POND (1720 SQ MTR) DEVELOPED WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP.
DECENTRALIZED PACKAGED STPs OF 40 KLD EACH IS BEING INSTALLED AS PER DPR IN VARIOUS SECTORS OF THE TOWNSHIP. THESE STPs WORK ON ANAEROBIC PROCESS TO BREAK-DOWN SOLID WASTE AND FILTERED WATER IS RECEIVED FROM THE INCOMING GRAY WATER. THIS FILTERED WATER IS USED FOR IRRIGATION AND WASHING A ROADS(POLLUTION CONTROL).
RAIN WATER HARVESTING SYSTEM HAS BEEN DEVELOPED AT FOUR LOCATION WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP AND THE STIPULATED NOC FROM GROUND WATER DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. RWH PITS OF 50 CuMT, 35 CuMT., 65 CuMT, 40 CuMT, ALONG WITH FILTERS HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED FOR THE TOWNSHIP.
THE TOWNSHIP HAS A SANCTIONED LOAD OF 1558 KW FROM PuVVNL PRAYAGRAJ. INDIVIDUAL HOUSEHOLD ARE SUPPLIED WITH ELECTRIC CONNECTION FROM THE DEPARTMENT. FIVE SOCIETY CONNECTION RANGING FROM 5 KW TO 10 KW HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR DIFFERENT PURPOSES WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP. SUCH AS STREET LIGHTING, PUMP ROOM, FOUNTAINS, TEMPLE AND OTHER COMMON AREA DEVELOPMENTS.
REQUISITE FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM HAS BEEN DEVELOPED AS PER REQUIREMENT. BEING A PLOTTED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT THE REQUIREMENT FOR FIRE PROTECTION IS LIMITED. HOWEVER 10 NUMBERS FIRE HYDRANT AND SAND BUCKETS HAVE BEEN PLACED VARIOUS EASILY ACCESSIBLE AREAS. EVACUATION AREAS HAVE BEEN EARMARKED AT FIVE PLACES WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP.
AS STIPULATED IN THE INTEGRATED TOWNSHIP POLICY LAND HAS BEEN EARMARKED AND PROVISION HAS BEEN MADE FOR NURSING HOME, SCHOOL ETC WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP WHERE RESIDENTS CAN AVAIL SERVICES ON PAYMENT BASIS.
FIVE NUMBER OF EMERGENCY EVACUATION AREAS HAVE BEEN EARMARKED IN OPEN SPACE SUCH AS PARK AND TOT-LOTS WITH A CAPACITY TO HOLD MINIMUM 100 PERSONS AT A TIME IN CASE OF REQUIREMENT BEING PLOTTED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT THE NEED FOR SUCH SERVICES MINIMAL.
UNDER THE INTEGRATED TOWNSHIP POLICY OF THE UP GOVERNMENT DETAILED PROJECT REPORT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY PRAYAGRAJ DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT SIGNED HAS BEEN SIGNED WITH PDA. ALL DEVELOPMENT NORMS RULES AND COMMITMENT MADE IN THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ARE BEING ADHERED TO.
